I had an initial meeting with career coach Tom Chapman and it was very helpful. We had great rapport and I came away with a clearer understanding of how to improve my resume and some ideas about next steps.

The test itself was very comprehensive and I felt the results fit me well. The open ended questions could use some work.

Jennifer (Jen) Johnson broke every stereotype for what a career coach can do! She walked me through my assessment including how it used data points to align my ideas with what is out there, job avenues to pursue, and even next steps for my journey to my right place. I am so hopeful now and happy to move forward with more 1:1's. Many people are nice (because they have to be) but not everyone is kind. She was so kind and respectful of meeting me where I am and helping me break out of my box.

Coach Kristen was a great sounding board and really listened to what I had to say after reviewing the Jobtest results. She was able to my feedback from our conversation and suggest different career paths that incorporated the test results, but were better aligned to in directions that sparked my interest. Very grateful for the discussion.

I have nothing but respect, admiration, and best wishes for Coach Zanetta! She was patient, understanding, and willing to challenge my thoughts of what I wanted in a career. She's an incredible listener and very empathetic, which is needed, especially when attempting to start a new career! Coach Zanetta is kind and very giving and honestly, I received more from this Career Coach experience than I expected. Erin Howard is very helpful and has already made me feel more comfortable in my big career transition from the first session. Like, my life is a straight up, gigantic, trainwreck and after talking with her I think i can get back setup on some rails and keep chugging along thats not how trains work but the metaphor isnt important- the work Erin does is though. Look forward to more sessions with her as i make big career decisions.
