I have been working with Elisha, and the impact she has had on my life is hard to fully put into words. Looking back, her greatest gift wasn't checking boxes on a job hunt; it was helping me recognize that the toxic and draining environment I had grown used to were no longer okay. I can honestly attest that Jobtest is NOT a scam and in my case it was worth every penny. First, the customer service was shockingly good. When I had an issue, a Jobtest manager set up a Zoom meeting with me and PERSONALLY coordinated a fix. In the era of AI chatbots, when many companies don't offer human customer service AT ALL, Jobtest made me feel genuinely taken care of. Second, my job coach Elisha Austin was a GODSEND. After months of fruitless job searching on my own I was in a rut and losing self confidence. Elisha listened, encouraged me, and tailored her advice to my situation and values. Her mentorship was direct and honest, but also warm. I am not joking when I say that Elisha helped me overcome a few LIFELONG psychological roadblocks. I feel so much more confident, and my self-esteem has never been healthier. She is extremely good at her job. Third--and perhaps the most important piece of information for those reading reviews--after a few months of working with Elisha I landed my dream job. Yup. MY DREAM JOB.
