I was really worried that I wouldn’t receive my order especially with all these bad reviews. I made a mistake and put the wrong zip code. I was able to email them to fix it and they did exactly what they said. Tracking worked well. 11 days later (today) I got a notification that the package was delivered at the door. Smooth shipping and delivery and love the ring. I guess I got lucky!

I was given an engagement ring earlier this year - one which I had picked out on line and fell in love with. Unfortunately, I hadn’t read these reviews until after our order was already submitted. Within days of wearing it, one of the stones fell out. Replacement was a complete hassle, but finally we were sent a new one - weeks and weeks later. Fast forward about 5 months: yet another stone fell out AGAIN but on the replacement ring. This company turned our engagement ring experience into a complete disaster. Steer clear of their products and their business. In the end, I’m going to go pick out another ring and toss this one out. It’s not even worth getting yet ANOTHER replacement ring.

Was a bit worried after reading bad reviews on people not receiving their product or it taking ages to come, but my order came within the time stated and the ring fits my wife perfectly.

It took a little longer than I expected but it was worth it. My ring is gorgeous, I love it. I would say if your ordering give them a little extra time, I'm sure they have tons of orders with today's prices on everything else. Absolutely gorgeous work, the most beautiful ring I've ever owned in my life. I just got engaged and I was shocked, I can't say how beautiful this ring is and how much it means to me. Honestly just don’t bother with this company. I ordered an item 2 weeks in advance as a small vacation gift. Delivery said 5-7 days. It’s been 10 days so far, no item. When speaking to them via email or on messenger as this is the only form of contact, they take 3-4 days just to respond then when they do it’s 1 sentence. Honestly - just go to a jeweller don’t bother wasting your time because the cancellation process is another absolute joke, after 48 hours you can’t even get a full refund. I honestly don’t care they can keep the money, just goes to show how slimy and horrendous this company is, it’s basically a day light theft service. Don’t do it even if you’re desperate, don’t do it.

Beautiful rings! I purchased my first ring in May, it took about 2 weeks to arrive but it was beautiful, it was slightly too big and I had to take it to a jewelers to get it resized which was slightly frustrating as I wanted to wear it straight away. I emailed customer services and told them as I wanted to order another and they offered me a discount for the second one. I recieved the second one, this too was a little bit too big but manageable. So far my experience with them has been good, the only issue is the sizing, I don't understand how they get it wrong as it's simple mathematics.
