Ordered ring then read reviews & was worried! However apart from length it took to arrive was very pleased. The ring came in a beautiful box and the ring itself is lovely and worth the money!

After reading the reviews after the purchase thought i’d never get it or wouldn’t even get a refund but during the time of the delivery it was supposed to be here from 01/11/25-05/11/25 but had arrived 12/11/25 and that was on standard delivery but besides the fact of delivery. The communication about delivery was really good. Despite the bad reviews i would shop here again. All they need to sort out is delivery times and dates etc. Overall the ring is everything the picture showed on the website came to size everything.

Beautiful rings! I purchased my first ring in May, it took about 2 weeks to arrive but it was beautiful, it was slightly too big and I had to take it to a jewelers to get it resized which was slightly frustrating as I wanted to wear it straight away. I emailed customer services and told them as I wanted to order another and they offered me a discount for the second one. I recieved the second one, this too was a little bit too big but manageable. So far my experience with them has been good, the only issue is the sizing, I don't understand how they get it wrong as it's simple mathematics.

Ordered 23rd June, notification of despatch 24th June. I then read the reviews and immediately regretted placing my order. However, my ring arrived on 2nd July and it’s lovely and fits perfectly.

I saw some horrendous reviews after I ordered & was really concerned. However, my ring arrived today and it is lovely. It’s exactly as I ordered, the correct size and arrived on time. The only issue I had that was the same as others was the inability to track the package. Given the price I got what I was expecting. If you want platinum and diamonds, pay more for them.

We ordered our rings and they arrived within 3 week the only down side was they didn't do the engraving which we paid for but the rings we are very happy with.

I ordered my ring on the 15th January and it said delivery within 10-15 working days. They sent me a UPS tracking number which was incorrect, according to the courier website. After reading these reviews I started to panic thinking I’d never see the ring or my money again! I emailed and complained yesterday via email demanding a refund…. And lo and behold- by the time I got home, the package had actually been delivered that morning! (20th feb)…. So although their communication and tracking accuracy could have been better- to their credit- the ring did actually turn up (the packaging suggests it got held up at customs).

The engagement ring did eventually arrive, several weeks late, but my fiancee loves it. It's well made. The problem really lies with the shipping from China and the sluggish website. I did have contact with customer service who rectified my order when I accidentally paid twice because of the sluggish website, and who reassured me the ring was on its way. We're happy with the ring, which is I suppose the main thing.
