As a JLo Beauty member, I absolutely love this product! I used to use Lancer products, but after discovering JLo Beauty and trying it for myself, I was very pleased with how well it worked on my skin. I've been a member for over five years now and use JLo Beauty exclusively for my facial skincare. It works wonderfully for me, and I am very happy with the results. EE - California. Thank you!

I’m not too sure about the body stuff. I usually use baby oil after showering but before drying, then use baby lotion. Using the JLo trio didn’t leave my skin as soft. I’m going to try it a couple times a week and see if I feel different about it but as of now, I’m not impressed and glad I got everything on sale. The face serums and creams are wonderful and I use them daily. Guess I was expecting more with this new line of products.
Response from JLO BeautyOct 11, 2026
Thank you for your feedback, Drumrchyck. We truly value your thoughts and are happy to learn how much you enjoy using our face serums and creams every day. When it comes to body care, always remember that consistency is key! With consistent use of the JLo Beauty body trio, the formula works over time to deliver far more visible results, giving your skin that healthy, radiant look. We are so glad you're giving the trio a few more tries, and we hope it delivers the glow you're looking for as you continue using it. Thank you for choosing JLo Beauty!

I really loved the sample size kit. I could clearly see a difference because of which I went ahead and subscribed for the full-size. Felt super disappointed with the full size as I felt it wasn’t doing anything , but obviously I have run out of the return window.
Response from JLO BeautyOct 3, 2026
Thank you for sharing your experience, Arathi. We’re glad the JLO Beauty introductory kit delivered noticeable results and encouraged you to continue with the full-size products. We’re sorry to hear they didn’t provide the same experience you were hoping for. Skincare results can vary from person to person, and we truly value your honest feedback. Please connect with our JLo Beauty Advisors at 1-800-704-7551, available daily from 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM EST, so our team can learn more about your concerns and provide further assistance.
