DO NOT order from this website
DO NOT order from this website. Total SCAM - difficult to work with, website and app barely work. I never received products I paid for, I called customer service and chatted twice and the only resent the same thing and still did not receive what I paid for. Their customer service email I also tried is “not monitored”. They would not refund the money I paid for product never received. The app didn’t work when I went to cancel all the subscriptions so I had to chat again and it took 10 minutes to get them to finally cancel. Total scam and terrible way to run a business! IMs ortho for J Lo - I was genuinely excited about trying your products

Difference in quality - sample vs fullsize
I really loved the sample size kit. I could clearly see a difference because of which I went ahead and subscribed for the full-size. Felt super disappointed with the full size as I felt it wasn’t doing anything , but obviously I have run out of the return window.

Beware!!!! Cancelling is a nightmare!!!
First the products themselves are ok. I don’t like the perfume smell so that is why I cancelled my subscription. Cancelling was a nightmare! You can’t cancel online you have to call. I had to call 4 separate times get my subscription cancelled! And I had to pay for the return shipping each time! I would cancel, they promised me it was cancelled and I would return the product unopened, I’d get the refund and 3 months later I’d get a notification that I was getting another shipment! Every time I’d call they’d try to get me to keep it even after I said I didn’t like it, didn’t want it! I just cancelled the 4th time! Hopefully this person actually did their job.

SCAM!!
SCAM!!! You order one thing but then it gives you a “discount” that unknowingly enters you into a memebership where you automatically get charged 122$ per month for three months for a kit that’s delivered without your asking. Then it’s very difficult to cancel or get money back. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE NO MATTER HOW MUCH TOU WANT THE PRODUCT!!!

For being so expensive i expected a lot…
For being so expensive i expected a lot more and as it is ..I was scammed with the total they said I would pay and ended up being like way more .. i didn't like the products. My elf skin care routine is just fine for me . and can y'all please stop trying to auto ship me products on my affirm account , i have declined transactions from June 27 - july 13 /2026 . With transactions trying to be made every two days . I personally called and cancelled my subscription in May 2026 .. is this what Jlo is about ?? The company won’t let a unhappy customer go in peace .i tried to remove my debit card off the website just now and i cant unless i replace it with another .. This is a very sketchy business ..That is basically hacking into my credit card info .even though I verbally unsubscribed on the phone and that was hell to get out of too ..and well Obviously if they keep trying to charge my card that phone call was for nothing because I’m still being charged like member without my consent!! .so be careful when you input your debit or credit card .. it now belongs to jlo beauty and her hacking crew . .. they don’t like to lose customers and will continue to charge you and send you whatever they feel like sending because at that point they could care less . because they have full control of your credit cards .. Worst experience ever !!
