JLab AudioReviews of jlabaudio.com

I have owned two Sets of the Earbuds and they worked fine and then suddenly, one earbud would go silent. I kept resetting them. I then bought the TRUESPORT EARBUDS and they last about 8 hours MAX against a promise of 35 hours. They need to update their promises.

Hurt ears to wear. No where near the battery they say. Worse touch on the $100 pair then a $20 pair. Audio cuts out every few minutes. Same cheap case as any $20 pair of buds.

I purchased the JLab Sport+ The noise cancelation is the worst I have ever experienced. The background noise is magnified and the slightest wind whistles in the earpiece. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY

Great sound quality but absolutely rubbish. Always disconnecting from my Bluetooth and always having to reset/ unpair and repair to my phone. Also the one earned won't work quite frequently for no reason.

Never ever buy these. They were really good at the start. Never ever. And then after three days, they stopped pairing to my phone entirely, no matter what. I've tried everything under the sun: pairing, deleting the pairing, resetting them, all that bs. It doesn't work.

My son bought some earphones and when they arrived there was a rattling sounds coming from them. He emailed JLab and got no response so I decided to try. It did take a few days for them to contact me back but when they did they offered a full refund and no need to send the earphones back. I did read reviews on here after my son hadn’t heard back from JLab but I’m pleased to say my issue was resolved and refunded.
