We had a problem with a desk we purchased. When it was not fixable, the company was very gracious in refunding the full purchase price. Both the saleslady and the store manager we very easy to work with.

When the recliner we ordered did not come in on time,our sales person Noreen had another delivered to our home for us to use free of charge till ours came in..That's great service!

I love my new white swivel glider! Very comfortable, just hope I can keep it clean! It was a little pricey, and two weeks after I bought it I received a coupon in the mail for a savings of over $250 on my first order at J. and K ! I wish I had that incentive when I bought it!
