Great customer service

Attractive show room, plenty of inventory. Lindsay, one of the designers was very informative and a delight to work with.

I was more than pleased with the salespeople and service I received from J&K. Sales person listened to our requirements for a new mattress set and she found us a set that works very well for us. After delivery, I realized I did not specify a short box spring. The store exchanged the box springs in a few days for no additional cost. I highly recommend the store in Little River.

I feel so lucky to have chosen J and K to help with updating and providing new furnishings and artwork for my condo. From my decorator, Janice, who guided me in picking pieces that would match my vision and style to the delivery staff that were courteous and professional, I am very satisfied and happy!

I was so happy with how I was approached walking in . Friendly and efficient. My sales person was Jessica and she was wonderful! Made it easy and took home samples to help match my decor. It was a 5 star for sure!!

Janice was great every step of the way as far as expertise, presenting ideas and more. She really cares about her client! Once full payment was made and when the furniture was delivered (about 3 weeks ago), I noticed a few flaws in a few pieces, but I am still waiting on a call from J & K regarding coming out to look at them. I am also waiting to hear about the antique butterfly print which arrived at the MB location but hasn’t made it to MI location yet. Again, Janice was Awesome!
