Purchasing online was very easy and efficient. My hat arrived very soon after I placed my order. It was packed very carefully. I appreciate the fact that JJ Hat Center made it easy to return if I necessary. But there was no need in my case because I was very satisfied with the hat I ordered. It was a great experience, and I will shop there online again.

I was ordering these hats as birthday gifts for my son, one of them he picked out. He has worn that style before. The other was new to me and he was very pleased. This made me happy.

Terrific Customer Service! My husband bought a hat in Rome and loved it. He left it on an airplane and we emailed your company in NY to see if you had that style. You replied promptly and we bought it and had it in 5 - 7 days. We are thrilled with the responsiveness, selection, speed, and communication.

I went to the store at 5th Ave in NYC. But they were closed. However it seems ON LINE STORE is activated . I wonder if I could order or not. But they sent me the hat shortly after I paid. I want to know they will reopen the store in NYC soon.
