This company is horrible - it states on their website 48 hr response to customer service and it has been over a week and nothing. Placed an order Feb 4 - still shows as being process and awaiting shipment. You can't call anyone -just email --- Buyer BEWARE

I ordered a coat on Jan 16 this year. I received an email confirming my order and haven‘t heard back since. I didn’t receive any tracking number and the Customer Service didn’t get back to me although I wrote 2 times in the last 2 weeks - and a third time today - this is very ennoying, it’s the first time I order on this website and the experience is really bad. This company doesn’t make a good impression and I am seriously wondering whether I will hear back anytime soon.

I would give it zero star if I could. Lack of communication and trying to get a status of anything has been frustrating. Initiated a refund and product was returned and delivered back to jing, was told I would receive refund email and it’s been more than 3 weeks(going into week 4) and followed up numerous times and received no response. This is to even get a status of a refund, let alone how long it would take to actually receive a refund. Do not order and if you ever want to return don’t even bother cuz you won’t get your money back. Absolute scam.

Don’t order from here unless you’re confident that you’ll like the product and don’t mind waiting forever to get your order. They charged me but after a few weeks they still hadn’t shipped my order. I tried calling and emailing them but their “Customer care center” is unreachable. I eventually got in contact with them through Facebook and got them to cancel my order. It was stressful because I had read other reviews about people who eventually received their order but never got refunded when they returned it and couldn’t contact customer service. I read these and decided to try to cancel it before it was too late. I think I got lucky when they replied through facebook. Please don’t order from here unless you’re confident you won’t need to contact customer service or return your order.

Ordered clothes for more than 2 weeks and the order never shipped. Tried all kinds of ways to reach their customer service during business hour: email, WeChat, Facebook and email. None got responded. Horrible company!!

Definitely a scam. Never got my stuff and I ordered in December of 2022

I am so disappointed in this company. I was so excited for my order to arrive and them extremely sad when it arrived because it was too small. I wanted to return it to possibly buy it in a larger size but instead I get ignored by a company that I have tried to contact and only received a message back after days of waiting. I sent an email on 1/30 and sent the second one on 2/01 which they finally replied to.

If the customer service did not response to your order request if your order did not come for 1-2 month. Or they do not response to your return request with Jing. A simple and quick solution: if you use credit card, you can dispute this type of charge within 60 days. Just go do it, it is useless to wait for their customer service taking care of you. I just disputed their charge 7 weeks ago and my order never came and their customer never response. I am glad I searched the solution on GOOGLE and the time line is 60 days. Just made it! Hope this tip help for anyone suffered with this merchant
