Sold me an expensive pen that is obviously broken or a poorly made copy. Multiple attempts to contact Jetpens and I am only getting the run around. The is ZERO customer service and they refuse to take it back. This thing is like trying to write with a steak knife. They offered a new nib for the pen but never actually did anything. Total con job. No wonder they have a D- rating.

Jetpens has been really wonderful. Their customer service is amazing and they are always posting detailed articles about their recommendations. The people behind Jetpens really know products that they sell and go to great lengths to demonstrate the strengths and weaknesses of the items they feature. I can't believe the variety of items available on their site! Anytime that I have needed assistance, they have been friendly and quick to respond. My orders can be complex, but they are always carefully packaged and checked, so I've never had any trouble there. I get emails notifying me when orders ship. Orders are dispatched quickly and usually arrive within a week. I was really impressed by the people at Jetpens when they contacted me about an order they were hesitant to ship because of the sub-freezing temperatures we were experiencing. On their advice, I postponed the order until the weather was more reasonable.
