I unfortunately had to cancel a one week holiday to Benidorm during February 2026 my wife had developed stomach cancer and had an 80% stomach removal with lymph nodes and a polyp tumour removed after I explained to JULIE BROWNE THAT we were greatly disappointed with Jet2 not refunding our holiday costs i emailed Julie Browne who dealt with our concerns she was pleasant polite and extremely helpful and worked tirelessly to resolve our situation with a satisfactory conclusion today 17/9/26 she rang us with a satisfactory resolution and we accepted well done JULIE many thanks Mr Ron Armstrong

booked with jet a few times everything , booking was simple and was kept up to date with everything the app was helpful and easy to use all staff on the air and on the ground were all pleasant would definitely use jet 2 sgain

Shocking communication from start to finish. 30 minute late departure with no explanation or apology, despite being on the plane. Ise of the app was pushed on the coach transfer, advised to use WhatsApp feature if you have issues.. Well day 1 we had issues with the hotel not accepting cash or card, and using the app got us no where. Used WhatsApp and that was even worse, only communicate with the jet 2 bot.. In 7 days noone from jet 2 replied and was never seen at the hotel until 10 am on the morning we left, which by then was a waste of time. I will add that there was a TUI rep present every morning outside the breakfast hall... ( I have a picture to prove it) Return home flight was 1 hour late, again with no warning or apology. Flight ls 1266 from Tenerife to Birmingham. 2nd jet 2 package and the last. I'm coming to you TUI for my October family school break.

BEWARE. Disabled daughter wheel chair user given room at bottom of stairs. Hotel following day, initially refused to transfer luggage to new room. Our party has I chair user, I child and two 70yr olds. Luggage transferred after another guest said it was not theirs. Holiday was July. we completed Jet 2 complaint (28days is their timetable). Now 3 Sept. No action.

Food was terrible. I would like a refund

Another 2 hour flight delay .Usual from this airline. Rarely on time .

I contacted Jodie at her base in Barnsley in connection with a complicated flight assistance booking for an upcoming cruise holiday. She was absolutely brilliant in every respect in assisting my wife and I with every aspect of our needs. I would mark her 11 out of 10 She is a credit to Jet 2

Zero stars. Second time in succession in the last 3 months (third time in total) no air conditioning waiting on run way for 45 mins in extremely uncomfortable conditions at Corfu. Flight attendant talking about enjoying the flight together with services available on board but no basic requirements. Very seriously considering not using again. Flight also delayed again 50 mins . Poor ending to holiday experience - hotel great - airline quality extremely poor. Sat here in a pool of sweat - sweat dripping down legs.
