We have recently returned from a holiday to the Konstantina Boutique hotel, Chora, Alonissos, Greece. Hotel? No. There's no reception, no bar, no pool. No public facilities. Studio apartment s would be a better description, definitely not a hotel. We booked a deluxe studio on the ground floor. Jet2's photographs showed a large terrace, complete with hammock, which we were so looking forward to. Upon our arrival we were allocated our "deluxe studio" with a balcony, no hammock in sight. We were disappointed and felt that Jet2's photographs were misleading and didn't represent the studio we were given or thought we had booked. The studio itself was well appointed, clean, comfortable, but with very limited storage (no drawer space whatsoever), so our clothes stayed in our cases. Excellent shower room and the usual small kitchenette. The view from the balcony was superb and the location very peaceful. We enjoyed our holiday after getting over our initial disappointment. However we feel that Jet2's photos need to show images of the studio that you actually book. We paid that bit extra for something more special than we actually received.

I recently booked flights for my husband and I to travel to Madeira in December. We wanted to fly from East Midlands Airport but unfortunately EMA only offer flights to and from Madeira on Mondays. We are wanting to fly out before the Monday, midweek, and when I checked on the package holiday bookings, we could have flown out from Birmingham and returned to EMA on days that suited our schedule. I went back to booking the flights only and tried to book the same flights as flight only bookings but I wasn’t able to. The flights had to be booked as one way flights individually which when I added to book, doubled the price of the exactly same flights on the same plane. I tried to contact Jet2, and as other reviews have said, I was waiting on the phone for just over an hour to speak to someone. The chap was very friendly and polite and said he would try to see if he could book them at the original price of the flights when booked as a return flight. After waiting on hold again, he returned and said that it wasn’t possible to do and that the flights were only sold at a discount if booked as a package or return flights. I was very disappointed as I have flown with Jet2 many times and I have always found them to be the best company. I had also logged a call back on WhatsApp which eventually I got 8hours later. I decided to check other flights and I was surprised to find that I could book the exact same Jet2 flights on Expedia as a package leaving Birmingham and returning to EMA for £500 less than Jet2 was trying to charge me for their own flights!!! This is crazy! Come on Jet2, get your act together, it’s so disappointing that you fail miserably when it comes to passengers wanting to book your flights only and not a package holiday. Needless to say I have booked our flights with Expedia and they are now showing booked on my Jet2 app as if I had booked through them 😅

30 minute delay leaving waiting for disabled lift at airport. Flight ok staff pleasant. Royal yacht hotel jersey stay for 7 nights in gold superior double room. Was very disappointed that room had internal view overlooked by a number of windows with no private terrace was told to get marina view would need to upgrade to a a suite which would cost over a £1000 for 5 nights. The holiday had already cost £3500 so be aware if you book this class of room it has no view and no privacy. Curtains needed to be closed whenever you needed to get changed and other people could walk past the patio doors so needed to be locked at all times i wish I could have posted photos. We now know the windows overlooking the room and terrace belong to the council apartments next door. And the turndown service doesn't seem to exist. To change the temperature in the room you need to contact reception you cannot do this yourself. Altogether very disappointed

Beautiful hotel. Rooms were immaculately cleaned everyday. Pools were beautiful, bar staff and reception staff were superb. However we arrived at 12am on the Tuesday and on checking out at 12pm the following Monday our all inclusive status was removed, meaning technically we lost half a day all inclusive of what we paid for. On challenging this with the H10 Gran Tinerfe I was given a lunch voucher but we couldn’t even get a drink by the pool without paying from midday until our coach Transfere picked us up at 7:30pm that evening. We paid for 7 days we should have received the full 7 days. Never have I ever experienced this at an all inclusive resort. We have always been able to have use of the bars, food and snacks until you finally leave the resort for your flight home. Not very happy and will be also leaving this review on Jet2’s page too. Never saw our Jet2 rep the whole week we were there so couldn’t speak to them on the day

My sister and I were booked on a holiday to Madeira on 8th June. We left Glasgow at 2.30 pm, flew to Funchal, circled several times but couldn't land because of high winds. We then diverted to Faro. After several hours sitting on the plane at Faro we flew back to Glasgow, arriving back around 3.30 am. There were Jet2 staff there and one of them gave me a card saying I should email them about the expenses we had incurred because of the holiday being cancelled. I did this on 16th June but got a reply saying they did not accept new claims on this email address, so I should put it on their webform. I did this on 18th June, but got no acknowledgement that they had received it. There is no phone number to call. Has anyone had any success in claiming back from Jet2 for this holiday which was cancelled? They have refunded the cost of the holiday already but we have around £700 of expenses which we incurred as well as the holiday cost itself. Update 4/8/26 I have now submitted my claim once on the original email I was given, twice on the Jet2 webform and written to their email address for chasingjet2 which they say one should use if one has not had a reply within 28 days. I have not had a single reply from Jet2. I rang one of their numbers at random and a helpful lady contacted Jet2 Customer Services who said they have no knowledge of any claim under my Booking Reference! What can I do? I notice that online it states that although Jet2 staff are very helpful when you go on holiday, people's experience with their Back Room staff when you need to make a claim is very poor. I hope someone from Jet2 reads this and gets in touch with me to help me solve this problem.
