A very poor hotel which was obviously not checked by Jet 2.The pictures in the brochure made it look cleaner and bigger.

Brilliant booking experience but in resort service completely non existent. Tried to what’s app on two different numbers - both wouldn’t go through and no way to get hold of a rep. Missed the boat on changing our meals on the plane although absolutely thought we had done this before the holiday. This is an indulgent holiday which they market as the top holidays and would have expected to have contact far more easily in resort. Huge weakness in what otherwise was a good experience.

Really disappointed that having spend £3500 on a weeks holiday they cannot sit us together on a plane despite having seats available together. We should not be charged extra for this Easyjet don't do thus in our experience Come on jet2 provide some customer service
