So they sent me my tracking number after I posted on here and i do my research so b4 u buy look at all these comments about how long it takes after they say it takes 1 to 4 days and of course that's a lie it should have been here Friday due to Thanksgiving on Thursday but nope wont be here till dec 3rd and I was curious and looked up where they are based out of and this is what I found We are based out of Florida and we have warehouses in California, Nevada, Colorado and New Jersey , And we have set up local warehouse in the Unted Kingdom, France, Canada and Australia . so that we can deliver your products to you much faster. That being said then why is my package in Hong Kong and I live in the United states if they wanted faster shipping why Hong Kong 1st of all second of all it says nothing about Hong Kong and this one I will leave up and will not delete so everytime someone looks at the review they can see why not buy from here and just get it from Amazon and if u dont want to do that u can order from hismith it's cheaper and we know it only takes 3 to 7 days threw them unless u r a prime member then u can have it in 2 days just do not go here for your stuff go else where

A lot of people have the same. 3 days ago I ordered still no confirmation of shipping and customer service do not respond. They promise shipping within 24 hours and delivery within 4. Absolute rubbish when it's still awaiting shipping after 3 days. Will try and contact them again in a couple days. Or hopefully they will respond when they see this. Update. Now 6 days after purchase date and still no tracking number or sign of item and says still awaiting shipping. Only reply I get from CS is "we've shipped it and waiting on the tracking number from the shipping company" this is very poor customer service and once they have your money don't seem to care and push the blame to someone else. They don't seem to take any responsibility or urgency to chase it up.

Like most people, I think, I don't like to go through a lot of trouble setting up for a sexual experience. With this machine all necessary adjustments can be done quickly and pretty much effortlessly. The toy that came with the device was somehow a bit too firm for me, but it is a good starter size.

Its really incredible best investment I ever made I though it is pricey you get every dime spent back on it this machine has great power and speed I am most happy with it. I began using it as soon as I opened it if you purchase this machine you wont regret it a bit its rather small the legs are solid stainless steel the main body is of aluminum the construction is very well done which gives it some weight but you will have to anchor it down its that powerful I definitely would recommend it.
