Ordered a Tuna sub on line at work. Later on on my lunch break went to eat my sub . My banana peppers were missing. My mayonnaise on the Bread was missing. My extra tuna and herb and garlic bread. And my cheese was missing. This place is straight garbage 😡😡

As soon as I saw Danny Devito on their ads I knew it was not the real article. Check out the way the river of vinegar is poured onto a sub! What sub shop would okay that silly element.

I ordered in person and was the only person in the store. They made a bunch of subs and put them for people that weren't there. The sub they first made was still there 10 minutes after I ordered. I watched them make the to go subs and it was terrible. Bye Bye. Why not help the person standing there?

Sub was ok. I’ve had Jersey Mike’s before but now I spent nearly $18 for just a sub (no chips, no drink) and everything on it is paper thin. I got a super sub and I can’t tell there is cheese on it because I could see through it. It has three meats but I taste none. Really just has a slight ham flavor in the background of lettuce and tomato. Still better than subway but literally twice the price. An $18 sub should knock your socks off!!

I placed my order online. I made sure to put the names of those that got a sandwich. I put Tee, Rog and JD. When I got home I gave out the sandwiches. My son JD was really excited, he kept saying How did “Jersey Mike’s know my rapper name? My son has been impaired since birth. A little confused I looked at JD’s wrapper, it said “JDog” on it. The reaction my son had from that name written on the wrapper made all of our day. We smiled, we teared up and we laughed. Thanks Jersey Mikes on East State St. in Rockford, IL, for not only the Best sandwich, but the way it was wrapped in love!

These Subs are crap! The bread is spongy, wet bloated boiled ham on what they call a Super Sub. Undetectable capicola and prosciuttini. Paper thin tomato slices. Subway subs are much better and they are nothing special. I complained twice with no contact from customer service.

Literally threw them in the trash 🗑

I went to Jersey Mike’s in Greensboro North Carolina off of Georgia Street. First of all it is overpriced and the quality I would say a little below average every time I request extra meat I don’t see any difference I want to know on a regular sandwich. How many ounces are you supposed to put in a sandwich? Also, I usually get more mayo than meat. I’m so sick of these franchises. These corporate owned stores, represent greedy, corporate organizations that constantly increase their prices and gives lower quality and quantity. I also noticed the employees there seem to be so afraid of the franchise owner.
