Each time I emphatically state to the JM employees to not put Green Peppers on one of the sandwiches due to the allergic conditions of my wife. In the past this had never been a problem. You may now be wondering why I’m bringing my sandwich issues to the top of management at Jersey Mikes. However, it’s due to my many years in business and a knowledge that “Franchise operations and attitudes,” can only be correct at corporate headquarters. Upon receiving those sandwiches I asked, and was assured, there were no peppers on one sandwich as I had ordered. Once I arrived home it was obvious they were wrong. When I called back, the FIRST THING LeAnn did was lie about the sandwich and swore she verified the sandwiches herself. As far as she was concerned that was the end of the conversation. Within a half hour she called me to say she really could not verify the make up composition of the sandwiches and would be willing to give me a refund. I informed LeAnn I would accept the refund and I was glad she called me to resolve the issue before I took it to JERSEY Mikes Headquarters. At this point I was satisfied by her resolution. NOW……..THIS IS THE MAIN REASON YOU ARE RECEIVING THIS EMAIL. LeAnn went on to inform me that although she would be doing a refund, since they are a FRANCHISE, Jersey Mikes could care less and would do absolutely nothing. THIS IS WHERE YOU SEPARATE A 75 y.o. Vietnam Combat Veteran with 50 years in major US businesses from a 25 y.o. YOUNG LADY. My sister is Board Chairman of one of America’s largest franchised restaurants groups (and I’ll Let you figure that out with my last name) and I fully understand (what LeAnn DOES NOT). “A FRANCHISE PROBLEM is a Corporate problem!” LeAnn informed me that she processed a refund on Thursday Oct 12th, so I’ll believe her although today is Monday Oct 16th, and still not showing in my AMEX account. Went Jersey Mike Touhy Ave Niles Il. Purchased 3 subs everyone wrong ordered a bag of chips wrong. Ordered on line are they hiring people that can't read.This really sucks won't go there anymore.

We drove a half hour for our daughters birthday lunch. First of all they had no Turkey, second the lettuce was brown. The staff was less than friendly. Both bathrooms had no soap to wash hands. What is going on here? Location: 1855 S. Pleasant Valley rd. Winchester, va

I had ordered 1 cold sub and it never arrived. I reached out to customer service, and received an email that I would get an answer within 48 hours. A week and a half later, I had heard nothing, and reached out to them again. It has almost been 3 weeks since I had originally reached out, never heard from customer service, and still have the charge for an order I never received.

My grandson ordered a salami sub. 4 thin pieces of salami on a regular sub roll and that's it. Charged full price. They slice their meats and cheese on the same slicer. Place was not clean.

Went to Jersey Mike's in eau Claire. The dining room is so tiny I could not find a place to sit and eat my sub. I paid $18 and you would think the sub should have a wow factor. Not much meat or lettuce. I used to like Jersey Mike's subs but now they skimp on the amount of meat and vegetables they put on the sub. Go to Firehouse subs they have the best sub sandwiches they don't skimp on their sandwiches and they have a large dining room so you can eat your sub there

I went to a new Jersey Mike’s located in the NW section of Miami in front of the Blue Lagoon entrance. I ordered a vegetarian sub, number 14 and the crew made it fast and really good, they treated my sub as if it were a baby. I recommend Jersey Mike’s and I am going back again!

Ordered a number 26 which is a hot sub asked for extra meat service was terrible and took 30 minutes to receive one of the worse jersey mikes I have ever been to wish I could post a picture of the bacon tomato lettuce on a hero that I paid 20 dollars for
