Placed an order on the website for pickup more than 30 minutes in advance. Arrived at 7:02 pm with a pickup time scheduled of 7:00pm. Waited for over 10 minutes for my order and during that time several walk ins were serviced and recieved their food while I waited. Additionally the customization on my order was not taken into account. I got a bone stock sandwich. I asked for no onions / no tomatoes / no oil / no vinegar / add pepperoni. None of this was done and the order was WRONG. There was so much oil dripping from the sandwich it wasn't even edible.

The sandwich wasn’t bad. The app they use is total junk. I asked for help but customer service is poor at best. Not worth the hassle.

The store in Ramsey has got so many guys working there and they still can't get the orders right. Not consistent with who is helping take your order so while you tell one person what you want, another comes along who doesn't know and screws up the order. When you complain they get angry with an attitude. Never again!

I ordered a sub without onion and tomato. I had to get back to Verizon since I was in the middle of a phone activation. The sub, I know to me was made with onions and tomatoes. Tameka literally drive to Verizon and brought me the corrected sub. Sara and Tameka, while at Jersey Mike's were fun, engaging. Totally loved the whole experience

Jersey Mike's canceled their Veterans and Senior discounts. If Jersey Mike's is that cheap I'll find another sandwich shop.

My wife brought home two sandwiches for lunch from Jersey Mike’s yesterday. The bread on her sandwich was hard, seem to be a day old. My chicken sandwich was very mediocre. The last time we had sandwiches from Jersey Mike’s, we said we should go back cause they were so good. Not sure what’s going on, but we’ll wait a year before we go back again.

My sandwiches were never delivered. I've reached out for now over 2 weeks! Not one response. The local restaurant isn't at fault but the delivery service. It's not right that they never reply back. And the store says to contact supportatjerseymikes.com. if I don't hear something by tomorrow I will be disputing this with my bank.

We went to Washington, mo location for the first time. Nothing outstanding, very pricey compared to other sandwich shops, very small selection of sandwich toppings. We won’t be back.
