jenn air built in micro wave. just out of a 5 year warranty it breaks down. 3 months and several visitts its still not working. 3 weeks since the last visit and they tell me they will order another part which was already replaced they arent willing to do anything do not buy, there are better brands to buy

Extortion. We are a certified servicer for JennAir, who is extorting us for higher prices on parts. They are not sending us parts through their dealers and extort us to buy parts direct. Parts bought through dealers are charged 2 times less, but are never sent out. They are sitting on backorders. Direct parts get charged twice a much and are sent out same day. What shame on a major manufacturer in America. I thought customers should know this happening with Whirlpool brand in 2026

Four years into a 5 year warranty a circuit board went out on our $6000 Jenn Air Oven sold to us by Best Buy/ Pacific Sales. The seller was of no help. We have been without an oven for 4 months and they keep telling us the part is coming...first Feb. then March 10, now end of March....and they will pro rate a new oven. Really why would I buy another Jenn Air product that won't be warrantied, and why should I have to buy a new oven for $5000 that actually the measurements have changed and won't fit in the opening?

I purchased all Jennair appliances. My wall oven has been replaced after 2yrs of use and that took 20 months to replace. I now am waiting 3 to 4 months for a new control panel for the second stove. These appliances are supposed to last 15 yrs. I do not recommend these.

Jennair is the absolute worst. Customer service is non existent. My oven would preheat and emit an ear splitting ultrasonic tone that caused my dog to tremble and cower. Repeated contact with Jennair proved fruitless. They just didn’t care. If you have dogs, steer clear.

Worst customer service with resolving a parts issue that later after 1 month of back and forth led to sending new microwave appliance and they placed order which which again was backordered and no update from customer service agent lead who did 0 follow-ups. so frustrated calling them each time and they have no ETA on when they will ship it. Its been 2.5 months without microwave working and they hardly care about customers. Seriously they need to trim down leadership for this company or just ban this company with such worse customer experience of high value products.

Poor services, bad customer service, proposed the most expensive solution while the fix could be done at a low cost. Avoid them if your product is no longer covered under warranty and use a local technician.

Less than 3 years ago I purchased the built in microwave oven from Jenn Air. About a month ago the touchscreen started not working. I can’t operate it because there is no physical button. I recently bought a less than $100 microwave from Toshiba on Amazon while waiting for the replacement part (on back order) and it’s so much better than this Jenn Air crap which costs 30 times more. Pure GARBAGE!! Stay away from Jenn Air. I should have gone with Samsung or LG. I’m so frustrated.
