I rarely leave review but after spending over $12,000 on JennAir fridge and freezer columns, I can say they are cheaply built or I got 2 lemons. I had them professionally installed by Nebraska Furniture Mart and all electrical and water hookups were professionally installed to meet specs. I have now had 6 ice makers replaced and the current one is not working again and the water dispenser is now broken for the 2nd time and has always periodically stopped working for a few days at a time. Diamond appliance is the only authorized repair company for this brand in Kansas City and it takes weeks to get service and parts. I’ve had a $300 fridge for 25 years sitting in my garage and never had to replace anything but light bulbs. The JennAir is a beautiful fridge/freezer but it is trash and the company doesn’t stand behind the product beyond the warranty period even though the issues have always been the same. I would never recommend their products.

Terrible products. $6000 Oven broke still under warranty less than 4 years old. Jenn Air couldn't get the parts and made us shell out $1600 to replace with a different model. Totally unacceptable.

I bought t a range because it had WIFI connectivity, I cant read oven displays so having it on my phone is a requirement. The WIFI does not work, no matter how much I trouble shoot. Its an absolute peice of garbage

I purchased the built-in coffee machine last year. We were satisfied with the quality of coffee, however, the machine stopped working 5 weeks ago and I have had the worst customer service experience from trying to place a service request and scheduling a technician, to ordering part, receiving part, shipping it to the technician, and the technician call back to schedule the installation. The process at their customer service is definitely broken. I wish there was -5 rating available.

I bought a Jennair refrigerator and although it looks stunning from the inside, the doors of the two columns are totally misaligned and is an absolute eye-sore in my kitchen. Std TV and App are trying to get it repaired and like new but when i called Jennair to step in and help - they flat out refused to help as i had purchased a floor model. It is not a defect comunicated to me at the time of purchase else i wouldn't have bought it even if they gave it to me for free! Obviously the dealership assumed the doors would line up per spec. Also the Stainless steel panels look spotty and are VERY DIFFICULT to keep shiny-clean. The doors can adjust only up and down and not sideways so they really can't be easily aligned. Their Customer Service REP Arial was unhelpful and adamant on pushing the blame on the dealership. I would not recommend any dealership in the US to carry this brand. I will update this review if issue is resolved and if Jennair does anything to help. Best wishes...Ana

The worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. They have changed every single part on my stove, and after a year, when they couldn't solve the issue, they say it is normal just to avoid replacing the unit. I regret purchasing this brand and buying an extended warranty for it, which means absolutely nothing to them. Unhelpful and impolite customer supervisors! very disappointing....Don't get fooled by Luxury brand bullshit. not worth a penny.

Absolutely pummeled with ads. I’d never use a place that needs ads to gain business. Disgusting use of ads.

We purchased a home that had a $5,000 oven from JennAir installed just two years prior. Within only a few years, we started getting an error saying a button was stuck, and the oven became unreliable. When we reached out for support, JennAir was completely unwilling to help or offer any type of solution. For a premium brand at this price point, that level of customer service is unacceptable. An appliance like this should last far longer than 6 years. We are not replacing a $5,000 oven this soon. Very disappointing experience. I would not recommend JennAir based on both product reliability and lack of support.
