Excellent customer service; always responds immediately and even offers a replacement for what was essentially a mistake on the part of the delivery service! Their cases are cheaply priced during sales and are really durable - They have the cutest cases, and I bought two of them. The comfort in the hand is excellent, and the durability is excellent. I'll definitely be buying more! This is a fantastic and adorable case. Everything goes with it!

If you want a really cute and unique phone case and are willing to be patient and understanding, please support this small business. I ordered this July 7 and received in California August 5th. So not too bad but I was a little worried at first and emailed them regarding tracking. They were very apologetic, honest, and transparent in explaining the shipping situation and any annoyance I felt just melted away as soon as I saw how darn cute this case was. Everyone needs a break these days I say! Thanks again for an adorable case that makes me smile.

They had shipping issues which caused a lost and delay in my order, but customer service was fantastic! Mia helped me out and communicated with me through the process of getting my order through, she was on top of it and the case is fantastic🥰

I would literally give them no star if it was possible but I had the same experience as pretty much everyone on here. Basically, I buy 90$ worth of cases for my kids and I. A day later I had a tracking number. I waited weeks, (still don’t have the cases till this day) and the tracking number never updated! In fact it said it didn’t even exist. So I decided to contact them to see what was going on. In the meantime, I found all the same cases on Amazon not only with one day shipping but also half the price. I was livid. Still am. I replied to their generic email in response to me contacting them requesting my money back and exposing their scamming tactics and I didn’t receive a response back. Instead, all of a sudden, my tracking number has been updated but there’s no information other than the following “Electronic information submitted by shipper”. Meaning it still isn’t shipped. It’s been a month since I’ve ordered these cases… DO NOT rely on their Instagram account as proof of them being a popular brand! Some of the influencers seem to look unsuspecting as if they’re random girls with random cases, in my opinion! This whole ordeal has been frustrating! Having lost 90$ was like the icing on top! Absolutely ridiculous! UPDATE I finally received the cases more than a month after ordering them (ordered July 6th, received August 15th). And they’re the cheapest made cases I’ve ever seen. The designs are literally the worst printing on plastic. And to top it all off one of my cases is damaged. Even the bag it came in was poorly wrapped and had a hole in it. To think I paid 30$ each for those cases. Oh and the reply they have at the bottom here says to contact them regarding my order. I did last week to clarify things and demand a refund… again, they didn’t even respond!
