Big SCAM! Do not buy from this company - never received the product and they refuse to offer refund - wonder if they really exist as it seems just a big scam

ORDER #88176 I’ve been putting off writing this review in the hope that customer service will suddenly start responding to my emails, or I’ll suddenly receive my order, but no.. I’ve still heard nothing. I placed an order on the 6th October which I am yet to receive, it hasn’t even been dispatched. The website states a maximum of 10 working days. Someone named ‘Ellah’ sent me one email weeks ago to say there had been worldwide issues with delivery but my order had been dispatched. I believe this is a generic email that is being sent to all customers by this SCAM company. I have emailed repeatedly asking when I will receive this order, requesting a refund etc, all emails get ignored. I’ve even approached this company on Instagram and they can’t assist because they manage social media apparently. The person who manages this account told me that they delete negative reviews and this is part of their job!! Insane. I wish I had looked at reviews before ordering from this company. I’m now disputing this with my bank to try and get my money back.

This site is totally scam. I should've read those reviews before. It has been almost 2months since I ordered and still not arrived and even no tracking information. I emailed them a lot of times and only they reply when I sent message through Facebook messager. And always excuse something and never tell me exact date to arrive. So I asked return and they said they can't do that since it has been shipped already. This is crazy!!!! No way they shipped because they are so many reviews as same case. If you see these reviews before buy you are lucky! DON'T BUY FROM THIS SCAM SITE!!!

UPDATE_ Changing to 3 stars. I have received my refund on 11.09. I'm thankful I received it but it took a long time with a lot of communication from email, to their social media account, to TrustPilot for accountability. // FINAL THOUGHTS // The product probably works for the majority of consumers. If you don't receive yours in a timely manner, be sure to get the return process started quickly. My experience could be a rare issue and the company will probably grow and mature and get better with each sale. ORIGINAL REVIEW (edited) =================== I also would give this 0 stars if possible. Here was my experience. I ordered this product for my kiddo's iPhone 12. PRODUCT ISSUE_ The only option size option in the case my kiddo wanted was "iPhone 12/12 Pro". What I received was a case for an "iPhone 12 Pro". It doesn't work for my kiddo's 2-camera iPhone 12 like it would have if the camera opening was a fully open. It actually blocks the mic. COMMUNICATION ISSUE_ I ordered this on August 9, 2022. I reached out August 15 after not receiving tracking information. I reached out again August 26 after still not hearing anything thinking it was a scam. I heard back from them September 5 (4 weeks after my order) and didn't receive the order until September 14. That's when I started the return process and they STILL haven't given me a process for the return. No refund, no return, nothing. Unfortunately, because they dragged their feet for so long, my credit card company is no longer offering a challenge to the purchase. Lesson learned... always contest the charge before the deadline.

They will not return my email, they haven’t shipped out my product but they were fast to take my money.

Would give 0 stars if I could. I never received my product (I ordered over 2 months ago). I reached out many times and they kept telling me there we shipping delays. After 30 days, I reached out again and they never responded. I followed up 3 times afterwards and still no response. I ended up contacting my bank to dispute the charge.

Horrible customer service Ordered, waited weeks and no tracking number, emailed a dozen times now with no response. Finally got a response and they and was told… Ellah (Jelly Cases) Really sorry for the long delay in getting a response for you. It looks like there were huge lapses in the replies based on all email correspondence. Your ticket has gone to our Spam folder and has just been recovered.
