Would put 0 if I could. Not only did I never receive the case I ordered, but also left multiple emails and calls and they never got back! Stay away if you can!

After three months I have not heard a single reply or confirmation of order sent. I reached out numerous times with my order number. No reply nor phone case. They took my money though!

If I could rate this bs store a negative I would. I have yet to know if they even will ship my stuff out or not and it has been a month. No one responds EVER to emails or anything and now they've just taken my money!!!

Never received my order it’s been two months. No tracking. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. My order number is ORDER #109604. I have sent emails to your customer service and no reply.

I also wish I would have read the reviews prior to placing my order on 4/11. I have since not received any shipment confirmation or tracking and when I try to check my order status on their site it says the order (#110363) cannot be found. I emailed about an update today but after finding this thread am not hopeful and would like my money back.

Same issue as others. Ordered months ago, no shipment. No responses after multiple emails. Will be filing official complaint. Still waiting , they tried to blame shipping. Have requested a refund. Will file official complaint with bank.

I am still waiting on a refund or the 2 iphone cases ordered on February 8th - I have emailed on March 2nd, March 6, March 13 with no response.
