Honestly I understand the launch was so huge but they haven’t responded to my email and charged me for 3 mini palettes when I had the conspiracy and mini controversy in my cart only. They won’t email me back and I was charged over 100$.......

I've been ordering things from JSC for about two years now and I've never been disappointed with the quality, seeing a lot of these bad reviews over what happened Friday is just ridiculous considering it was on the hands of Shopify not Jeffree or his team. Some of you need to relax.

yesterday I bought the whole collection bundle and the money came out of my account I didn’t get a confirmation email but I just thought you guys were busy with so many orders I checked my bank today and the money was sent back !!!!! HELPPPP DID I NOT GET THE COLLECTION???? Ill cry so hard if I didn’t

People need to calm down. The site crashing is NOT on JSC. It happens when millions of people are clicking refresh. It took awhile to get my confirmation email, but I did receive it. It takes patience and common sense to realize that it's going to take awhile for the website to function. It's not the company's fault and shouldn't have a reflection of their products. Goodness.

I’m so upset waited over two hours to get my conspiracy pallet etc. after 30 mins I was able to add in bag and it took me to checkout. I never refreshed and waited 1.5 hours for it to finally load in the payment option for it to tell me sold out. I was logged into my account, had the products in my cart and then it did that. I’m so disappointed

I ordered this morning. Took over 40 minutes to complete my purchase. It has been now 2+ hours & I have still not received my order confirmation. I have a screen shot stating my order was placed, I have no clue if it was actually received. This is / was to be a birthday gift for my daughter who is a huge fan.

Got on the website and half of his stuff didn’t load in then kept saying that I had to contact his tec support or wait. I’ve been waiting for about an hour now when it says “5-10 mins”. Just wanna buy something nice for my girlfriend and I thought Jeffree’s website would reflect him as being an amazing website but it’s not it ether works for 2 mins then crashes or just crashes. It says that I need to download a pdf of the website page. I don’t understand at all why that is a requirement when for one it doesn’t show up after taking space on my phone and two it’s a pdf something you read not click on. Love your videos just your website has many problems

I am a HUGE fan of JSC. I have over 40 lip products, several eyeshadow palettes. Several accessories and clothing. I would have to say that Jeffree’s products are anything BUT cheap. Everything is packaged so nicely and I’ve never received anything broken, dry, or non creamy. When you get a JSC item, he makes sure you get what you’re wanting. I hope people realize Jeffree also has millions of customers and the sites crash with huge launches.
