i placed an order a few days ago and have yet to receive any form of communication on where my order stands other then thanking me for my purchase the turn around time is way too long given how popular the cosmetics are i would think they would try to be more mindful of the timely part of it i can go order other products and get them in 2 days and their big companies as well no excuses they need to fix that part of things.

I received celebrity skin lip ammunition in my mystery box but I was so disappointed. The formula isn't creamy at all. It's dry and drags across the lips. This isn't the quality I was expecting. And the whole ordering process was so much of a fiasco I don't know if I'll ever purchase anything else. I Had the deluxe box in my cart 3 times and as soon as I finally got to check out, it said my cart was empty. I finally got to purchase the premium box but I ordered it July 19th and just received it today, August 1st. I Had been wanting to try his products for so long but this has certainly made me wonder why I ever wanted anything in the first place.

I ordered the mystery box for my daughter who is a huge fan and it was her birthday.... after she made me watch countless videos of him and was so excited that she would be getting the mystery shade lip stick i agreed and bought it knowing you get what you get but per his video he promised everyone who ordered would be getting the mystery shade not a shade that could be bought.... her box comes she opens it and didn't get the mystery shade.... she re watched the video and shes like mom he clearly says it will be in all the boxes. I agree with her and write his customer service thinking will mistakes happen she will get it and they will fix the error. Nope instead i get a generic email that looks like it was copy and pasted from a template and not actually looked into..... please next time make sure it isnt said that every mystery box will get a mystery color and not one that i can go and buy online...

Placed an order bringing on July and still not received. I contacted them and was sent an email saying they will email by July 29th. It’s now the 31st and still waiting for them to reply. Unbelievable how bad they are

Aucun soucis, achat reçu dans les temps! J'ai commandé deux fois sur le site (une palette avant que la marque ne soit dispo en France) et une Mystery Box (mini) ce mois ci. Attendez vous à avoir des frais de douane pour vos colis, surtout si l'achat dépasse les 30/35€. J'ai eu la chance de n'avoir aucun frais de douane sur ma mystery box payée 20€ + 10€ de fdp. Tout est systématiquement très bien emballé et le suivi est très précis. En cas de soucis le SAV est très réactif!

I bought 2 jogger suits a black one and a pink one .. the black one immediately had white fibers showing through.. I washed it hoping washing would help remove the very visible white fibers.. I was heart broken to see it worse than ever and balls of fabric in the crotch and pocket areas both jacket and pants sadly I think his joggers are expensive and are WISH quality should be a lot cheaper more like 5$ not 100 $ for the set I emailed the customer service and they said it was due to natural wear (I only washed it once) fibers were showing right out of the box
