Jeffree StarReviews of jeffreestarcosmetics.com

People waited over a month to receive their mystery boxes they’re were told included an exclusive peppermint frost highlighter. They ran out and put it random stuff no exclusive anything lip highlighter straw even stickers nothing so that’s false advertising should have contacted customers to let them know and give them a choice to cancel $100 box full of colors you can’t sell. The peppermint was the only thing that made it worth it..

These guys are so shady. First of all, they sent me a broken jawbreaker palette. Then they make me send pictures and only offer a partial discount of 15$. I've never heard of such a thing. This was completely unfair and not cool on their part. I ended up just returning my entire order because of this.

I ordered bits for my girlfriend from the beginning of november, and finally it arrived today just in time for christmas!! My best advice to everyone is YES the order does take time, and YES the customer service team do take a while to reply back...but patience is an absolute importance!! Your order will turn up. :3

I order my stuff on Thanksgiving and I have not even Received a email or Nothing I wanted to used for Christmas and nothing Jeffrie you are a Billionaire why don’t you do anything about your costumers 😩

I've given 4 stars but only because of the length of time from order to shipping. Very happy with my order, made it just in the nick of time for Christmas, had it not have made it, this would have been an entirely different review. Will be ordering again, as soon as you get the Conspiracy pallet back in stock!

WOW this is the first and last time I will ever order from Jeffree Star Cosmetics. I’m so beyond disappointed and frustrated. I made an order on December 2nd which was supposed to be a Christmas present for my sister, but it’s now 2 DAYS before Christmas and it hasn’t even SHIPPED yet. I got a confirmation email so they took my money but haven’t even shipped out my items yet. Really? This is ridiculous and unexceptable for such a huge company. I don’t even know if I’m even ever going to get my items at this point, plus I’m going to have to tell my sister I don’t have her Christmas present. Unbelievable. Get it together. I live in Canada, literally across the fkn boarder and it would be quicker for me to go to the U.S and get it myself at this point.

Jeffree Star delivery for Christmas a BIG disappointment. I placed 2 orders for my teen daughter 1 month ago Receive one timely. The second order has been over a month now with no email text of an update of whats going on. Three emails that I sent. I get the same response his busy working on order and your order should be delivered before dec 25th. Its now Dec 22 and my items have not been shipped. So tell me how am I receiving them by dec 25th. I have already been waiting 1 month for delivery unacceptable. No customer service phone number either. Not fair you know your popular get your crap in order.

I have been waiting over a month.I received a confirmation of purchase and nothing else. No shipping information or tracking number so the items probably haven't even left the warehouse. No apology email, nothing. Terrible way to do business I wouldn't have bought the items if I knew they wouldn't arrive for Christmas. Definitely wont be dealing with them again
