really do like jeffree Star but his site was very disappointing his coustomer service team is a joke you would think with all that money he has he would hire more help for holidays but I guess his customer's are not important enough to him I ordered almost a month ago all other products for different companies tart morph ULTA James Charles came in with time to spare but not jeffree I ordered before all the other companies yet I will get it after Christmas there is no number for coustomer service just an email and they take 3 days to get back if they ever do and just copy and paste a response NEVER AGAIN WILL I BUY FROM THIS SITE

What I was going to order for my Daughter was sold out. OK so went for a few other things (4) NOT sold out. It said it would be sent out in 10 business days. Rec a Email 10 day's after saying SORRY and it would be sent out on the 23th like YESTERDAY. I rec NO email yesterday saying "SORRY" again. But after the second email saying it will be sent out on the 23rd my Husband was trying to call AND call not A answer then he e-mailed AND AGAIN NOTHING. WOW I am very confused on the customer service. I understand right before black Friday or on black Friday but come on. This was not out of stock and now from order date to this post is exactly 27 days to rec something that was IN STOCK and that is coming from CA "MADE IN CA" . Anyway sorry Jeffery no more $$$ from the Post Family :-/ The HYPE you give is untrue :-/ …...……..UP DATE...……..! This may have been all my fault. There is a step #2 to have your product shipped :-/ I did don't know that but know I do. As soon as I did the other step today 12-30-19 just rec a message that our product was being shipped. Maybe this is what happed to others. Now just hope it arrives in perfect shape. I will change my the Rating to 3 because still not sure why this happed like this.

How hard is it to send a package, for blanks sake idk what’s worse their customer service or the fact they can’t even confirm a date of when the item will ship !!!! NEVER ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY

Horrible!!! Absolutely horrible!!! Just like everyone else, I too, ordered on Black Friday and the fact that I haven’t even gotten a shipping confirmation in almost a month is RIDICULOUS. Yes, I already reached out to customer service and they don’t do anything. Screw this company and the fact that even though he’s a billionaire, his company can’t handle anything.

Awful experience. One month later I still don't have my products. Emailed customer service and got crappy canned response. They didn't even read my email. Terrible way to do business. I recommend you look elsewhere. If I don't have my purchase tomorrow, Christmas Eve, I'm stopping payment.

Worst anxiety experience ever launch this year. I will never buy from his site again. I had all the items in my cart for the November boxes just to find today I did not get the mirrors. I already knew the large box fell out but people aren’t even getting the peppermint frost in that now. My daughter will be missing some of her presents and I just honestly want to return or never see this man again. We have a huge collection and I’m so upset I may just sell it all. I end up spending way over $500 bc I have to hurry to put everything in my cart to find out I didn’t get what I wanted. So mad and such bad business. Shop with someone that is trustworthy. Not this person to ruin so many peoples Christmas with over a month of a delivery notice. It must be nice to have millions of dollars and just screw the little people.

Horrible horrible experience. I will never order from them again. Placed my order and paid extra for expedited shipping and ot still took over a month. I sent numerous emails and only recieved automated emails. Never did they reach out. They need to work on customer relationships. I spent over $128. It is disheartening to see him posting about his new mansion when his customers are asking where their orders are via email and all over social media. You will never get another red cent of my hard earned money!!!!

I also ordered like many people around thanksgiving. I did get the shipment confirmation and got a cookie cutter email about the products being sent out no later than the 19th. Heard nothing from the company since then. I understand shipping can take a while , but he should have prepared the company to handle a massive influx of orders. There is a lot of disappointed people that were buying these for Christmas gifts.
