Hello To anyone reading this I need to first say, this review comes late and it is absolutely necessary. Necessary because on the weekend of Christmas I had first planned out and decided where I wanted to buy my jewelry for my wife and it WASNT at Jared's. Instead after reading multiple reviews I decided I wanted to shop at Zales Jewelry because of the positive reviews. Well my experience at Zales was anything BUT positive. I walked into the Zales location located at Roosevelt Field Mall and found myself searching through the gallery for 10 minutes before I had to approach a sales person to assist me. As soon as I told the sales lady what I was looking for I was given a silent cold tone with the occasional turn of her back because she couldn't be bothered with me. I was set and determined to BUY ANYTHING, I just needed guidance, instead I was told "WE HAVE NOTHING FOR YOU HERE." Furious, I immediately started looking online for another option but was still so angry that I was talked to in that manner and essentially kicked out of the store because the sales representative didn't want to take the time to even display alternative options. THIS IS CHRISTMAS WHO ISN'T GOING TO BUY SOMETHING?? Anyways I found myself walking into Jared jewelry reluctantly because the previous reviews were not at all nice to this location in Carle Place. I was immediately greeted by everyone on staff even those who were helping other shoppers. Then I found myself approached by SHERINE the sales representative at Jared. I told her my dilemma, my story because I was still so very upset about my last experience. SHERINE was a god sent, she showed me several options and asked about my wife to help me make the better choice on which pair of jewelry I wanted to buy. Needless to say in my case I couldn't decide but was so happy and pleasantly surprised with my experience at Jared that I decided to buy both pairs of jewelry that I was deciding on. Another bonus was that SHERINE was able to discount the jewelry even further that what it was already discounted. I spoke about this experience to everyone in my family to vent about Zales but also to commend Jared because I was truly happy and satisfied with my purchase. Thank you I hope this helps anyone deciding which jewelry store to go to, I know where i will be going from now on. J.C.

What a complete and total embarrassment. I ordered a mother’s birthstone necklace on Dec 16 for $140. My daughter picked this out and built it online with the 3 kids birthstones. I ordered a week earlier and the entire order disappeared on my account so when I finally figured that out I reordered it. Now it says it’s too late to receive before Christmas. Today is December 27 and it showed up on my doorstep. We have been waiting with excitement to give this to mom and surprise her. Surprise is exactly what I got. A plastic NOT engraved but printed charm and necklace with a MADE IN CHINA tag still on it. What a disappointment this was for my daughter. I am too embarrassed to even show their mom due to the poor quality and generic MADE IN CHINA craftsmanship. I should have read reviews regarding JARED THE GALLERIA JEWELER before ordering. This type of complaint is common and very discouraging. What a complete joke. After reading the reviews now I’m Afraid I’ll never see my refund.

I wanted to purchase a 14K gold charm for a friend. I had gone to my local jeweler, but they didn't have one, and they couldn't find one in their charm books. So I thought, well, Jared is a big company, maybe they have more suppliers. It was an awful experience. I walked in and a salesman glommed right onto me, steering me toward the cases. I looked at the jewelry inside, and it looked cheesy and junky. But I wasn't there to buy that, so I asked the guy if they had any books where they could order the charm from. As soon as I said this, the guy dumped me. I guess I wouldn't have been profitable enough for him. He handed me off to a woman who told me they didn't have any books and couldn't order charms. I realized the whole thing was a waste of time, so I thanked her and left. I was there about 15 minutes total and that was enough for me to realize the place is a big ripoff.

Posted: Nov 3, 2019 Purchased an engagement ring from Jared using the create your own ring option. My fiancé loved the ring and cherished it. I spent thousands of dollars on the ring only for it to break within 2 weeks. Now we took it back to Jared to repair it and there saying it will be Dec 2nd before she gets her ring back. Can you imagine getting engaged and the ring breaks within 2 weeks and they say it will be a month before you can get it fixed? I have lost a lot of respect for this company and wish I would have went somewhere else. Word of advice don’t use the create your own ring option. Posted: December 13, 2019 Jared informed me the ring would be completely repaired and ready to pick up on December 2nd 2019. So on Dec 2nd I called for a update on the ring still no answers still no ring. Nobody has any idea what’s going on or when I will get the ring back. Every time I call I get the run around. Today is December 13th 2019 still no ring still no answers.

I ordered a Pandora bangle bracelet on 11/16/2019 I received it on 11/19/2019, the item was nice and as described however the presentation was down right embarrassing! It did not come in a Pandora box, they threw it in a brown earring box and figured that would be ok! I will NEVER purchase from them again!!!!

I had been trying to locate a specific Breitling Superocean 44 Special for several weeks and got in contact with the Jared Store located over 1500 miles away in Glendale, Arizona. After several phone and text conversations over the course of 3-4 weeks, Saul was able to locate the watch I had been looking for. Saul was extremely patient and professional and NEVER let the sale die, which impressed me more than anything. He even showed me a few other Breitling watches via text that they had on hand and talked to me about new models on the way in. Finding a Breitling Dealer I enjoy dealing with has proved to be difficult, but Saul made this experience extremely pleasant. I highly recommend anyone looking for a piece of jewelry or watch in the Glendale area to go pay Saul a visit over at Jared at the Arrowhead Towne Center. Christmas is coming up and I will definitely be reaching out to him for another Breitling time piece in the next few weeks.

Visited Jared in Winston Salem NC today to buy daughter's class ring. We had already picked everything out online, so this should be a simple process...we just needed to know her ring size, see the examples of the different stone styles & she wanted to compare the petite woman's ring to the traditional woman's ring BECAUSE obviously, that's not something you can do online. The door didn't even shut behind me when I walked through the door & I was immediately snatched up by someone who didn't even introduce herself...she pulls out a tiny tablet & does ONLY the same thing we had already done online...we were told that they did not have any example rings to show...she did not know how the different stone styles looked...she didn't know how the school name would appear...she did not know which side is side 1 or side 2 on the ring...she didn't know how to wear the ring with school name facing out or in...I explained that to her...the school name faces you until you graduate, outwards after graduation for her future reference & she did not know how to size my daughter's finger to order the ring...so, she did less than I can do at home...THEN when I thanked her for her 10 minutes of time...that I consider wasted---she was not professional at all...instead, she actually says to me "You can leave, but it won't matter because Jared owns all companies, we are the same company, so if you go to another jewelry store, you'll do the same thing that I'm doing here"...I just said "well, we've had experiences with other stores & I think we'll be fine, maybe if I can get her ring size, I'll come back & order from Jared, but there will probably be little point"...she didn't tell my thank you, look forward to seeing you, didn't speak her name or give me a card or anything...not professional at all...I felt like I was standing inside of a Kmart trying to buy a $600 ring...and we know they all went out of business--worse...Kmart would have treated us better...at least someone there would have enough sense to SIZE your finger...won't be returning.

I own a lot of jewelry and I’ve recently became interested in owning a chocolate diamond. I screen shot a few pictures of a Le Vian Chocolate Diamond from Jared’s website and sent to my husband. Just as I expected, he ordered one for my birthday this past week. It arrived yesterday and I’m embarrassed by the quality of the product and that Jared would send me an item made in China and then sell it at a high premium. The ring I received looked as if it came from the Wish website and Not at all reflective of what I was expecting from a brand like Jared. To further insult, the store left the Made in China label around the ring before shipping. I am truly blessed to have a great husband but the ring will be returned.
