Such a disaster. They don't live up to what used to be Jansport, an icon of trade and quality, which I have been using for over 50 years and I buy them directly from the USA. I am now in the uK and ordered via a UK website. They don't answer phones, they don't return calls/messages. They don't reply to emails and/or contact via the website. They sent me a product that is not up to standard. They shipped it form Germany to the UK. No return label and the return address is the NL. Their website requires shipping and customs papers which also were not included. I am stuck with a product that I don't want and I cannot return, as if this is done deliberately to an extent it can be described as scam. It also appears that my case is not unique as the majority of reviews are also negative. What a crap of a business. Avoid. Update: jansport misleading UK website, is a trap jansport headquarter were happy to receive feedback but they will not reciprocate with a solution. DOUBLE AVOID JANSPORT. Spare your money and frustrations and support credible businesses who value honesty and your customs. Share wide, as i shall do the same Update: still no reply from Jansport Europe and no resolution Update 2 an idiot called Aysha Afzal replied and failed to attach all the required papers, which were mentioned in the email to include customs papers which only Jansport have PLEASE RUN WITH YOUR LIVES AND DONT COME NEAR JANSPORT

For a week I have been trying to deal with the matter of a complaint about a backpack that came dirty, and if they were getting a response to whether he wanted a return or a new backpack. I've already written 3 emails, which I choose but no responses. Customer service should work efficiently and quickly

As a customer, JanSport does not live up to their Warrantee of lifetime replacement. I, Darin Perk... have tried on three occasions to get a bag replaced or even credit for a likeminded one. The last time I contacted them and warned them of a complaint, and they didn't even try to contact me for a resolution. I would not or no longer purchase their Bags until they live up to their warrantee standards.

JanSport sells poor quality backpacks under the disguise of lifetime warranty, but the lifetime warranty is actually just another poor quality backpack. So, it pretends lifetime warranty is a good quality product when in fact it’s just a lemon.

Would give half a star if possible. For starters - the bags and items are not made well at all. If it weren't for teens and their fomo of having a Jansport bag - no one would... Ordered a backpack for my middleschooler. Within 3 months (the second time this happened) the strap broke. She uses both, not one strap. So then we did the process of replacing the bag and that was like traversing the outback barefoot with only soda to drink. Unenjoyable and awful. Finally got a return (after I paid $25 to send a bag back and then chase their customer service to get a gift card. Upon receiving The e-gift card, it didn't work. So then I contacted Jansport customer service several different times. In the end, I still didn't get what I set out to get which was just a bag that works. Take care Jansport. Crappy products and crappy customer service where no one has been trained properly. That's management's fault.

Wrong item delivered, no online customer service.. Took 10 days for delivery and now I don't know how long for returning and plus the hassle of returning..

Ordered a bag August 25 expecting delivery within 4 working days as outlined. Bag arrived Sep 8, 11 working days later. When I emailed customer service, the response stated "we know you're eager..." as if it was my fault to question where was the bag after it had gone beyond their own stated delivery terms. No acknowledgement that they had missed the delivery window. 100% would not order via their website again Amazon much more reliable. Product great but customer service appalling and genuinely, they don't seem to care which is a shame.

Ordered a backpack on 22nd august, got a notification email on 29th august saying it had been shipped and gave a link to track it. The link brings you into a completely unrelated website. Went onto the carrier website and put in the tracking number, says it’s not recognised. Seems to me like a scam, avoid!
