Yet again being ignored by Jansport customer service. After I bought an expensive school bag that broke after a few weeks. They have a picture of the damage and the receipt but no reply. CUSTOMER SERVICE- NOT FIT FOR PURPOSE.

Delivery date went way beyond the expected date and when I did receive my order there was another individuals contact details slip included instead of mine. Weeks later I am still trying to get a resolution as to where my details were sent.customer service is so slow and when they do respond its only to address maybe one issue and not all of them. Avoid from ordering if possible

I would give no stars if it were possible. Nothing about my interaction with Jansport direct had anything to commend it. Find a UK stockist and try there given that this brand is popular amongst secondary school students. Do not use the Jansport website. Its a money collecting front. Placed my grand daughters order. Nothing happened other than they took my money. Emailed multiple times to ask about progress. Nothing but a bot generated response telling me not to email again. Rang customer services. It's a recorded message telling you they are too busy to take a call before cutting you off. Today an email did arrive saying the order was cancelled. By a country mile the worst experience I have ever had trying to buy something from a web site. Be warned. Your order will be taken and nothing will happen.

I placed my order on 30 August 2026 and as of today there is still no sign of my backpack. JanSport Europe says orders are generally processed within one working day. That did not happen. A GLS tracking number was created on 3 September, but GLS still shows that the parcel has not been handed over to them. In other words, JanSport created a label and sent me tracking details, but the backpack itself was not actually shipped. I have contacted customer service repeatedly. Communication has been nonexistent, and when I try to call, I get “no agents available.” This is one of the worst online shopping experiences I have had with a major brand. Ten days after ordering, I still have no backpack, no actual shipment, no meaningful explanation and no reliable customer service. The most frustrating part is receiving a tracking number that gives the impression that something has been shipped when the courier itself confirms it has not even received the parcel. If you are ordering from JanSport Europe because you expect the service and reliability of a well-known international brand, think twice. Absolutely appalling fulfilment and customer service. I would not order from JanSport Europe again.

Shockingly bad. I have waited 3 weeks for a backpack and my order has just been cancelled without explanation. Avoid this company!

I ordered a JanSport backpack on 1 August and was told it would arrive within 2–4 days. After 19 days, I still had nothing. I contacted customer service and was repeatedly told that the backpack had been dispatched and was with DPD. However, when I contacted DPD myself, they confirmed they had not received the package. What makes this even more frustrating is that the backpack was showing as sold out on the JanSport website during this time, despite customer service telling me that my order had been dispatched. It’s extremely difficult to understand how an item can supposedly be on its way when the delivery company says they never received it, while the product is also unavailable to purchase. To make matters worse, customer service then failed to respond to my emails for 10 days, leaving me completely in the dark about where my order was. Overall, a very poor experience: misleading information, a missed delivery promise, no communication for 10 days, and no clear explanation as to what happened to my order. I would expect much better from a well-known brand like JanSport

Very disappointed with JanSport’s customer service and the way my order has been handled. I placed an order at the end of July, but it remained stuck on “Order preparing”. The tracking information showed no movement, and after contacting JanSport several times, I received no response. Eventually, a customer service representative contacted me and confirmed that my parcel had been lost in transit. I immediately confirmed that I wanted a full refund. Since then, I have sent three follow-up emails and received no response whatsoever. This is extremely frustrating and unacceptable. If a company loses a customer’s parcel, the least they can do is communicate properly and process the refund promptly. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I will not order from JanSport again and cannot recommend their online customer service. Very poor communication and customer support.
