So far, so good! You guys are highly professional and right on the money in every area of this business and I appreciate it! It's hard to find those characteristics these days. Looking forward to learning the guitar with you! Thanks Again, Wayne

I've been playing guitar for almost 6 years now, but lately my progress has hit a plateau. I was skeptical about this site because I didn't think there was much more I could learn, except for small improvements here and there, but I gave it a shot anyway and JamPlay has proven to be an excellent teaching tool. I've been using it for about 2 hours a day for the past week, and already I've seen huge improvements in my playing. It's worth the price tag if you're serious about getting better

Just started today but find navigation to next lesson not smooth. Find lesson I just went through popping up instead of advancing to next in sequence. Also, I wanted to skip the first few lessons since I was a bit more advanced ( not too advanced but somewhat) but site made this difficult. But I did like instructors teaching style.

Signed up for a membership on Nov 1, 2019, and canceled on Dec 26.No refund issued and after several emails have finally been told I will still have to wait for a refund. If I had not checked my Visa statement they would have never issued a refund. I also had to provide them with a copy of the cancellation email I received before they would authorize a refund. So if I had lost this I was screwed. I would not recommend JamPlay to anyone.

I just signed up for my second year. These are good old fashioned honest and friendly people with bunches of top of the line instructors. I learned better here than I did with live instruction for a fraction of the cost and much better material. I just turned 79 and play locally at rest homes, festivals, etc and for a very low fee I can get better and better and choose my own time to study. It just couldn't be sweeter. These folks are excellent.

Nice program if you navigate from PC - still difficult to find what you are looking for. Unfortunately, their APP destroys any use-ability, which is the preferred method to access this resource.

Good luck on cancellation of the account once you start. I’m still being charged a month after I cancelled my account online. I received an email confirmation stated my account was cancelled. When I tried to contact them directly, I received a automatic reply stating they would be back on Tuesday.

Hello Joshua, Thanks for writing in. I'm sorry to hear you are having issues and will to my best to help you resolve them. The monthly membership does renew until you choose to cancel your membership. Cancellation can be done on the website, via e-mail or on the phone. Since it sounds like you believe you have been billed in error, would you mind sending me your account information to [email protected] so I can take a look at it? It would be of great help if you could send me the account notice you received when you canceled your account as well. I'ld love to help you get this resolved. Thank you. Edit: I do believe I found your account, and it does look as if it has been canceled and will not renew any further. I believe the issue that you had was because you had both a guitar and bass membership, and canceled the bass membership but accidentally left the guitar membership active which caused it to stay active and renew. If this is what happened, please let myself or customer service know so we can refund you for the unwanted month of guitar membership. Thank you.
