I had a great experience in Locust Grove Jackson Hewitt because Mrs. Sherri Richardson was professional and very patient. She explained the process before she initiated any actions taken to fill out our taxes. Mr.&Mrs. Moses

Was told when I visited the Mchenry Illinois office that I could have my tax prep fee subtracted from my federal return at no cost. I said that sounds good to me. Found out after the fact I was charged $93.95 for this service. Called the Mchenry office and the tax prep guy told me my complaint was against the republic bank for they were the ones charging the bank fees. Said I never ever experienced any situation like this with any other tax prep service. He told me to cry me a river. UNBELIEVABLE. Totally unprofessional. Don't ever believe Jackson Hewitt values you as a customer, for I will never be going back.

Pete Budavich at your Osprey, FL Walmart location is the best. Thorough, knowledgeable and professional throughout the entire process. He knows his stuff and will maximize your return.

If you have complex return…just don’t go there. They are not familiar or accurate when entering info into their software. Remember, you are ultimately responsible for what you send to IRS, regardless of their guarantee.

Not a fan of Jackson Hewitt... we had a terrible experience last year with a tax preparer who tried to trick us into taking her dog that she brought into the office. I've also been to two offices and they both needed major improvements. A third office was closed, even though we had made an appointment. Despite this, I am a fan of Randy Penny, who works at Jackson Hewitt on Perrin Beitel in San Antonio. He was very patient with my husband and I and thoroughly answered all of our questions. He genuinely wanted to help us understand everything, get us the best refund, and provide us with the best customer experience. So, we'll be returning every year, as long as he's available, no matter what company he works for.
