Got some fantastic deals through Jacks Flights. Highly recommended as it’s saved us so much time trawling through the internet to find the best deals. Saved lots of money too.

tried to cancel for 2 years can't because you can't find my account still taking my money.

Hi there, we checked back to 2017 and we can't find anything at all in our support inbox from this email address letting us know you had a problem. Have you contacted us from a different address perhaps? Sometimes, Apple users have multiple addresses which causes confusion. I checked and found the account associated with this review quickly and have now processed the downgrade and refunded your last payment. Can you please share who you've had contact with at JFC that said they couldn't find your account so we can investigate, as I was able to find an account with this email instantly. I can see you've opened lots of our emails recently, so we're sad to see you leave. Please reach out to our support team if you'd like your account reinstated or any help getting the best out of JFC.
