So glad I signed up!
Since signing up for a Jacks Flight Club subscription, I have saved so much money. Their flight deals are amazing & I managed to book my dream trip to Aruba (for much less than I was expecting!). The customer service was brilliant - super friendly & helpful. I would definitely recommend signing up if you’re looking for cheap flights!

This is wonderful! One of our favorite things is being able to inspire our members to consider an adventure that they never even thought of, while still helping them to check off their bucket lists and we love knowing that we've been able to do that for you :) We look forward to sending you even more inspirational updates!

Feels like a scam
Not clear when you sign up that it is a paid for resource. Feel it tries to trick you into signing up to a free trial. When I tried to unsubscribe to emails, the link was broken and just happened to redirect me to a different part of the site. Feels like a scam, glad I didn’t sign up to pay for anything.

So truly sorry to see of your experience, Aileen. We are always upfront on what the service offers and any fees that are included if you choose to upgrade. This information is displayed clearly not only on the upgrade pages but also on the checkout page (the amounts and timeframe when fees for subs would be taken). We pride ourselves on being transparent with these details, so it was disheartening to read that you felt like that. We offer two sign up options - a free one where you would receive a round up of offers and also paid subs (varying timeframes) where you have access to all your departure tips. Regarding the issue with the unsubscribe link, this has been escalated to our Technical team for review and resolution but if you are still experiencing an issue with that, please reach out to our Member Experience team and they will happily assist you in getting that sorted.

Scam alert - beware of the automatic renewal without having any notification ahead of time (or after)
Most reputable companies inform their customers ahead of time when their subscriptions are coming up for annual renewal, but not Jack's Night Club! there is nothing before or after. If you happened to explore the settings when you signed up, you might have found a button that allows you to receive a notification of renewal, but the default setting is Off! So if you haven't, you're stuffed. It's dishonest... Keep well clear.

Hi Matt, we're upfront about subscriptions renewing automatically and it's shown clearly throughout the signup process and checkout pages that subscriptions renew at the rates shown. We pride ourselves on being transparent with details and it is something that we take very seriously. As you pointed out, we do give members who want a reminder the option to do that (not everyone does), so we disagree there's anything 'dishonest' in the subscription management options, as it's all set out clearly when members upgrade. Just like any of the other email preferences that are chosen by our members, that is also one of them. We'd love to look into your account in more detail and definitely encourage you to reach out to our amazing support team for any assistance needed!
