Hey, Mark. Thanks for taking the time to leave your review. We would have loved an opportunity to investigate your account to ensure there were no service failures. Sadly, the request for the details to find your membership was not correctly updated from your end, so we were unable to make a thorough check. We can confirm that we do not sneak nor hide any sign up details. We pride ourselves on being very transparent with all sign up terms, noting dates and amounts several times on the sign up and cashier pages. As well, you have the option to cancel your sign up at anytime and if it is cancelled within 14 days of your payment, you are eligible for a full refund. Hey, Angelo. We are so saddened to see this. The Jack's Flight Club service is built to constantly scour the internet and figure out IF a flight price is any good and ONLY then rapidly alert our members that there's an unexpectedly great fare available. At that point, we send out the location of how and where to buy that flight (including if necessary, the particular workarounds or hacks to get the price we've found). We use a combination of bots, machine learning, data analysis and expert human curation to scan millions of flight routes a week. Our team of expert Navigators and travellers whittles that down to only the most worthy fares with savings well under what the public pays. Over 90% of flights get discarded as unworthy and only around 1 in 5,000 make the grade to qualify as an alert, packaged with extra inspiration and expert tips on the destination. Essentially, our experienced team spend hundreds of hours a week sifting and researching, so you don't have to and alert you when you should go looking on those sites, so you can take advantage of lower than usual prices at the right time. Hey, Dawn! We're so happy to see that you've been enjoying our emails. When you log into your Lounge, you can access the Filters in the top, left and select the Destinations option to filter by your preference :) Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us! We do make it very clear on the site that we want to get our members all around the world on any budget and this does mean that we will look for the cheapest way of doing that. We look at both luxury and budget airlines but lots of the best offers will be on budget airlines. This does not mean that we don't look for premium economy or business (or even better!) and make sure that we send those tips out as well :) We completely understand that travelling on budget airlines is not for everyone and we do our utmost to cater to the needs of all of our members. Our mission has always been to make sure that air travel and being able to see as much of the world as possible is available to everyone and that you're not just limited to the bigger airlines that you know and fares that are out of reach. We hope that we will be able to find the right offers for you, on the airlines that you're after and get you out on a travel adventure!
