What a customer experience! Such positive engagement to my query! Signed up for a trial but wanted to cancel the forwarding subscription. Friendly, confident and reassuring is how I would describe my engagement. Cancelled subscription after realising I won’t actually be able to take advantage of the fab offers in the coming year but I will the following year and can’t wait to take up the subscription.

Excellent customer service. I cancelled the membership due to the suitability of what was on offer, for my personal needs and preferences. Having sought assistance to cancel the membership correctly, my experience was of professionalism, courteous and good communication with prompt responses and actions. All round excellent service.

Hey, Pieter. Thank you for leaving your review. We've done a full check of your account to ensure there were no errors in your sign up. We do see that you signed up for a trial on October 03rd 2025. The Terms of the trial clearly stated the sub would move to an annual membership if the trial was not cancelled prior to its end date. There was no cancellation noted via your Lounge. The funds for your membership were not taken right away, as noted in your feedback. The attempt was made only after your month's trial, which was on November 02nd 2025 and it failed, so there was no charge.
