I ordered chocolate covered black licorice on July 9th. and have never received the 2lbs. I ordered. I would still like the order. if it's even possible.

Like the product and fast delivery

Wrong product sent and customer service has been a nightmare. They reached out when I made a complaint on Amazon but ghosted me after I provided proof of the error. Maybe they want me to contact the customer who was supposed to get this package to see if he has mine.

This product was a big letdown—overwhelmingly sweet to the point where I couldn’t enjoy what I had hoped would be a delicious treat. Very disappointed.

I placed my order over a week ago and I got an email saying it was shipped. When I checked the tracking, it showed the while a label had been made, the order remained in their warehouse. Same the next day. And the next. And the next. etc. For over a week the order has not moved. I wrote an email to them but have received no response so far

I never received my order and have tried to contact the company about a refund. I did get an out of office email from Jocelyn which said she would be back and look into it 7 days ago and haven't heard back. Very disappointed with Delish but I'm holding out hope I'll get my $45.67 back. Update: Same issue as several others here. FedEx label created, but never shipped. I'm never going to get my money back! It's Delish should be put out of business. Do not buy anything from them, they steal your money!
