It's DelishReviews of itsdelish.com

I have not received my order nor received any updates or proof that it has been sent. When I click on tracking number it says waiting to be received and sent in Hollywood, CA. Made me begin to question if it was a scam.

waited a week no info on shippment. called yesterday oct 19. they said i shouldhave info today oct.20 from ups. they delish they were making a new batch of candy....... you took my money 68.00 rightaway and have been using it. me....no candy.

This is my first order with "It's Delish" and I couldn't be more disappointed. I ordered the peanut clusters and after tasting the first one, I stopped eating them because they were terribly stale and had a lingering unpleasant aftertaste. The caramel was tasteless and the texture was not consistent with caramel. It was more like congealed sugar. I offered to return the entire package, minus the one I had tasted and discarded, and I received what appears to be an AI generated response telling me they don't provide refunds or credits and here's the worst part - you can't return it either. They are not even interested when you tell them the product doesn't appear to be safe for consumption. Their position is basically this - We don't care if you received a bad product and we certainly don't want you sending us evidence of same. A ridiculous experience for the customer. Stay away at all cost. They also sent me notification that my package had arrived 4 days before it actually got here. No explanation provided. This is my first and last order from "It's NOT Delish".

Ordered and paid shipping. Tracked order which said i received order via USPS in my mailbox. I never received order! Called Delish and they told me to give it another day because sometimes USPS says a pkg is delivered a day ahead of time. I had also sent an email to Delish and their response was they showed pkg was derived to my mailbox and to call the carrier. It is NOT my job to chase down a pkg I paid to have shipped to me! I responded in kind. I will be disputing the charge on my credit card and witn PayPal! Needless to say, I'm not happy with all this hassle and still no picking spices I Paid over $16 fir 1 lb and produce going bad...

I placed my order on September 24th and supposedly it should eventually arrive to New York by tomorrow, October 2nd. I think the delivery time is extremely very very slow. They’re located out in California so it takes 8 days for any delivery to arrive in New York on the East Coast go figure. Who knows if box is going to arrive in dilapidated shape tomorrow meanwhile it’s a gift for family friends.

I ordered 20 lbs of Jordan white almonds and I receive 10 lbs of multi colored almonds, Sent two emails with pictures and no response. I called spoke to the bookeeper the ONE customer service person was busy. Let’s see if I get a call back or email response!

My order was a total disaster! Ordered August 16 and today Sept 28 it's still not been delivered despite the company claiming they're creating a new batch and holding off on my order until the new batch is done. BS! Aug 26 they replied: "Please accept our sincerest apologies for the delay with your order. We are currently in the process of preparing a fresh batch to ensure you receive the highest quality product." And again today Sept 28: "Please accept our sincere apologies for the continued delay with your order. The shipment was held up because we were waiting for a final ingredient to complete production." What a joke of a company!

I purchased herbs and spices from this company on Amazon and always received good quality products. This time, I purchased directly as couldn't find what I needed on Amazon. I thought it was too good to be true when I received an email stating that my order had been shipped within hours of purchasing. Ten days later, the tracking was not to be found on USPS. When I contacted Customer Service, I could only deal with a bot and it kept making the same excuses. PayPal was kind enough to reverse the charges for me but I should have checked the reviews for the same complaint. I was really looking forward to receiving my order but this company did not fulfill. UPDATE: Even though I cancelled the order, they went ahead and shipped it. I refused the order and returned to sender. Now, they are asking me for a review of the products. This is a Company that is clearly not in control of all business functions.
