Horrible! I got Boston Baked Beans and they were disgusting! Tried to return them for a refund and they flat out refused. Unprofessional and poor business practices. Would not recommend AT ALL.

It took a while to get my order. (In fact, they lost it in the warehouse.) But they addressed my issue professionally, acted quickly to resolve, and they were honest about their mistake. Really can’t ask for more these days! The products are great. We’ll order from them again.

They are easier to store, weighing less. But most brands are truly expensive, making them less desirable.

No accountability. No product. No refund. Customer made to be wrong.

I ordered 3 5lb vegetable soups from Its Delish and they sent me 3 1lbs bags of dried carrots, though I was charged the full amount for the soups. Even though they asked if I preferred a refund or replacement, they are now claiming the ordered was cancelled, though they have provided the order number but claim they cannot provide the cancellation number. It wasn't until i specified a refund for the difference since they don't accept returns they claimed the order was cancelled, even though they've been corresponding on the fulfilled order number. I provided tracking information and a photo of what was delivered. I'm now being ignored.

I have had an order in since March 31st. I have been billed and the website indicates it is ready for pickup by fedex. When I contacted itsDelish customer service, I was told it would be shipped shortly. It has not, I’ve sent 3 emails and now they don’t answer their phone. Product is fine if you get it, beware.

Legit!! Delicious and fresh dried fruits.

taste Good! I like the popcorn and nuts.. Eventually i purchased in amazon..
