We liked the Jordan Almonds. We ordered 20 lbs and shipment came in a box with 2 bags wrapped in plastic and bubble wrap. That was good. But we were disappointed because first bag weighed 9 lbs 5 oz and the second bag weighed 9 lbs 8 oz. That means our order was short by 19 oz or 1 lbs 3 oz. That is cheating and not fair to us. We should get our money back. We will be doing a Google review if we don’t get and feedback/reply with dome sort of reconciliation.

As it has happened before, one out of about 50 Dark chocolate covered raisins were nuts, not raisins. I had complained in the past about the fact that most of the ones I got were not raisins, but some other fruit I you told me you could not do anything about it and told me you did not believe it. I keep trying to buy from you, most of the time you do get it right.

Mail delivery was horrible!

I've had orders from the Ukraine that have arrived quicker. During my wait, I emailed them several times and got an automated and pasted response. Their phone was disconnected. But, I EVENTUALLY got my order and they're ok. I hope this helps somebody.

I never received a confirmation email, my order came haphazardly without any details, and the Viennese crunch is stale. Everything else I received is really good. I was definitely disappointed in the viennese crunch.

U took 4 days to ship otherwise everything was fine. And the fruit is good.

The toffee coated cashews were ok. I've had better though.

I order all the time. One of my recent orders arrived partly melted. After radio silence when I complained you finally offered to replace the items but I never recived any replacement. If I could find my items elsewhere I would but I cant
