Love your products and service!

I have not received my order nor received any updates or proof that it has been sent. When I click on tracking number it says waiting to be received and sent in Hollywood, CA. Made me begin to question if it was a scam.

waited a week no info on shippment. called yesterday oct 19. they said i shouldhave info today oct.20 from ups. they delish they were making a new batch of candy....... you took my money 68.00 rightaway and have been using it. me....no candy.

This is my first order with "It's Delish" and I couldn't be more disappointed. I ordered the peanut clusters and after tasting the first one, I stopped eating them because they were terribly stale and had a lingering unpleasant aftertaste. The caramel was tasteless and the texture was not consistent with caramel. It was more like congealed sugar. I offered to return the entire package, minus the one I had tasted and discarded, and I received what appears to be an AI generated response telling me they don't provide refunds or credits and here's the worst part - you can't return it either. They are not even interested when you tell them the product doesn't appear to be safe for consumption. Their position is basically this - We don't care if you received a bad product and we certainly don't want you sending us evidence of same. A ridiculous experience for the customer. Stay away at all cost. They also sent me notification that my package had arrived 4 days before it actually got here. No explanation provided. This is my first and last order from "It's NOT Delish".

We liked the Jordan Almonds. We ordered 20 lbs and shipment came in a box with 2 bags wrapped in plastic and bubble wrap. That was good. But we were disappointed because first bag weighed 9 lbs 5 oz and the second bag weighed 9 lbs 8 oz. That means our order was short by 19 oz or 1 lbs 3 oz. That is cheating and not fair to us. We should get our money back. We will be doing a Google review if we don’t get and feedback/reply with dome sort of reconciliation.

Ordered and paid shipping. Tracked order which said i received order via USPS in my mailbox. I never received order! Called Delish and they told me to give it another day because sometimes USPS says a pkg is delivered a day ahead of time. I had also sent an email to Delish and their response was they showed pkg was derived to my mailbox and to call the carrier. It is NOT my job to chase down a pkg I paid to have shipped to me! I responded in kind. I will be disputing the charge on my credit card and witn PayPal! Needless to say, I'm not happy with all this hassle and still no picking spices I Paid over $16 fir 1 lb and produce going bad...

I placed my order on September 24th and supposedly it should eventually arrive to New York by tomorrow, October 2nd. I think the delivery time is extremely very very slow. They’re located out in California so it takes 8 days for any delivery to arrive in New York on the East Coast go figure. Who knows if box is going to arrive in dilapidated shape tomorrow meanwhile it’s a gift for family friends.
