As we explained previously (by email) to you that the items you received were not used; however, we went ahead and replaced them for you anyway to ensure your satisfaction. It’s also important to clarify how these pieces are intended to be used. You cannot take a blow torch directly to a small decorated glass pipe without damaging it. These items are not designed to be bent/molded/modified or heavily heated with a blow torch, and doing so can affect both the appearance and the finish (as it did), including any dyes or decorative elements. Regarding your comment about the items being “ghetto,” we want to assure you that there is nothing “ghetto” about these products. They are popular standard decorative glass pieces meant for normal use, not for the kind of extensive heat exposure and modifications you described.
