Hello, First, thank you for your order. I'd like to start off with asking why you didn't contact us first in regards to the delayed USPS shipping. We would have gladly refunded the Priority Mail shipping as a courtesy. 1-3 days is just an approximate for Priority Mail, and is not guaranteed. Nowhere on our site do we state that your order will arrive in 1-3 days if you choose Priority Mail shipping. Here are the terms from USPS> Speed and Delivery Differences Priority Mail: Usually arrives in 1–3 business days. It uses a mix of air and ground transportation to speed up transit times. Ground Advantage: Usually arrives in 2–5 business days. It relies entirely on ground transportation. Delivery Guarantees: Neither service offers a money-back, or delivery date guarantee. Business days do not include Sunday or holidays. As an example, if a package is shipped on Wednesday, Thursday would count as the first business day. As for the cost charged. That is totally based on the weight, size, and where the package is going too. Yes, going within the same zone would be about $11.00, but going to zone 7 it could easily be twice that amount. You say you have yet to receive your package? Again, we're not sure why you never contacted us. Unfortunately we can't do anything about USPS shipping delays, but what we will do is make sure you receive your package one way or another. We have never left a customer hanging. That is not how we operated. I know shipping delays can be frustrating. But we're not sure why you didn't contact us and give us a chance to help make this right.
