Hi there, we're not sure why you didn't contact us first before leaving a negative review. Anyway, we've since contacted you in regards to this. You said you got a 7-hole bowl, which is exactly what our website describes, including the picture, and exactly what you ordered. You told us you wanted a 9-hole bowl, which they don't even make, nor do we sell or offer. You then accused us of a switch-a-roo, your exact words. We offered you a full refund regardless, and you denied that saying it wasn't worth the hassle. I'm not sure what else we could have done to make this right for you. As you can see by our review history, we always take care of the customer, regardless of the issue, in this case, you didn't want our help and denied a return for a full refund.
