Great purchase fast delivery, I'll definitely be making more purchases

What made my experience great is that even though my piece arrived broken Steve was quick to respond and replace my piece and send the replacement out the same day. The 2nd piece arrived with a chip on the mouthpiece I did a quick fix with some duck tape to make it more special and let him know and he honored it with a $20 gift card! Amazing customer service I give 10 ⭐'s

I was impressed by how quickly they responded to my inquiry and resolve my issue. Steve is awesome.

I didn't measure my downstem right so I got the wrong one but just like that, it's 420 somewhere sent out the correct one and told me to just keep the first one. Exceptional customer service; keep up the good work, guys!

After getting the wrong thing twice from other online stores, I finally got what I needed from It’s 4:20 Somewhere. Their product descriptions are clear, so I got exactly what I wanted without confusion, and at an affordable price.

Everything about this company rocks but especially their customer service. Top notch.
