So far so good
My mower arrived without batteries, but they sent me a battery right away, and it's been working great until now!

please never buy from this company.. absolutely no customer service.. didn’t even take tool out of box blade grass trimmer $129 no return policy finally after 6 weeks of ridiculously phrased emails they said this “how about 10%.. is this okay” is this a child asking me this? Seriously bad company

Reviewed in Canada: I bought a cordless grass trimmer/mower/cutter and the worst part was putting it together. When I finally got it together, it worked as advertised. And, it arrived quickly. The trimmer/mower is especially good for small lawns and smaller areas that need trimming. It came with 2 battery packs that lasted about 25 minutes each. This item is well worth the money. Not disappointed.

Ordered the Itool max 3-in-1 cordless grass trimmer on 09/21/24, paid $129.99 on C'C. Have not received, no shipping notice. Sent three emails, never answered. Company will not acknowledge my email. Will report to BBO. Will wait one more day and demand refund of payment. This Order #80787. Update for this review. 10/09/24. I received an apology and a shipping notification for this order. I TOOL MAX was very polite and concerned about me receiving this order. Thank You, I should be receiving in a couple of days.

This garden hose is flexible and durable to use! It's super lightweight but really sturdy, and it never kinks or tangles. Watering is so much easier now!

Item ordered never delivered
Item ordered never delivered, gave false tracking information. Stating attempted to deliver 3 or 4 times but when contacting Royal Mail they hadn’t received anything, tried emailing to ask where my order was then emailed again to ask for my money back and still no reply, absolutely awful fraudsters, I will not stop until I get justice and they are held responsible for their actions!!
