Think twice before buying from this reseller.
Trying to hold this seller to it's promises of "100 %" satisfaction", or "30-day Trial, full refund". It was a Christmas gift, that fails to live up to it's advertising. So far, all they've done is suggest we resell the item or re-gift to to "friends and family". Oh, and they proposed a 10% discount on future purchases. Dear itoolmax, if you're reading this, I'd like to return order #95060, as per your stated policy for a refund. It does not work.

Worse experience I have ever had and continues to get worse!
Worse experience I have ever had. A mini chainsaw that does not work properly. Instead of refunding they wanted videos, they wanted me to take the unit apart. Etc. Then no more responses. I wasted months with them. I will be referring to the Michigan Attorney General and BBB. UPDATE- they reached out on 1/8 that they would take care of my complaint. On 1/16 they offered to send me a new chainsaw but only the chainsaw. I explained that I did not know if the pole worked as well. They would not accept a return because my order was so old. This from the company that wasted months asking me for videos and me having to take apart the unit. UPDATE 2- Heard from another person there on 1/25. They want me to open the unit up again. They delay, delay, delay.

Delivery time is hit and miss
I bought 2 different products from them a day apart. The 2nd arrived almost immediately but the first was delayed and they didn’t really communicate the delay until I complained. I did receive the second product but it took nearly 2 weeks longer than I expected. That being said, both products work well and are as described - cordless blower (fast delivery) and led light curtain (delayed).

My wife bought me a $50 wall mounted…
My wife bought me a $50 wall mounted log splitter from itoolmax. It was $200. They are between $38 ( Temu) and $120 ( most expensive) after a basic search. The itoolmax website has them as $370 reduced to $199. WTactualF???? She now feels terrible. Avoid them!

Great for DIY Paint
Only minor complaint of the cordless sprayer is that it's a bit heavier than expected, but it does a great job with even paint distribution. I'm thrilled with the results on my garage door!
