A Great company went out of their to make sure I was happy. The prices are great and shipping is fast too.

Their customer service was responsive, nice, and helpful.

Have not shipped my item yet. Unable to correspond with anyone. Someone emailed me after I complained on there site and said they are unable to locate address. Address is correct and have not heard back from anyone. No phone number to call. Will never deal with them again

Caveat emptor! They ship broken items out as 'refurbished', and expect the customer to be okay with the item missing pieces/parts and have broken outer casings. Then, when you complain, they state "it was clearly stated as 'refurbished'. When I buy refurbished, I'd expect a few scrapes or scratches, but not visibly missing, shattered, or broken parts that include keeping you from opening it up without doing even further damage. Shame on the company!

This company is great to deal with on purchases. I purchased a laptop but when I received it, my husband really wanted something different and wanted to return it. I contacted the company and they instructed me what to do and when they received the item back, they refunded my money. I will definitely purchase from them again.

Bought iPhone charging cables(bundle of 3) and didn’t use it immediately upon receipt because had kept it as reserve. Finally when I had to use it to my surprise all 3 cables did not work. When contacted customer support they declined replacement, Sleazy company.
