Well, I ordered a "NEW" chromebook for an unbelievable price for my daughter. Said it usually mails out in 7 days. I contacted them on the status confirming its new and ready to mail out via email because they have no phone listed. The woman confirmed it was new and mailing shortly. After almost 3 weeks I get an email back saying it was out of stock returning my Paypal money. I said youve had my money for 3 weeks, if you want me to buy something else, how about a $20 credit for the inconvenience and the frustration. I just wanted them the opportunity to make it right. Still waiting for the reply.

They dont refurbush anything. They take untested used/returned stuff and sell it to you as "as good as new/complete" until you get it (weeks later). Then, after trying to convince you for a week that the missing parts dont really come with it (ie. the medium sized eargels for ear buds that a vast majority of people need) despite what the manufacturer's site says, they agree to give you a refund after you pay for trackable shipping. So now Im supposed to pay at least $5 in shipping to get my $9 refund. Yeah, ok! These people are unethical and slimey. Sure, some people got lucky with their orders (not being defective/damaged/missing parts), but dont count on it. First order from them. Last order from them. Too many better options out there. I dont know how they have the positive reviews that they have.

My tracking didn't populate a tracking number not till 5 days later; even when I ordered almost 14 days ahead of time. Story short I NEVER RECEIVED MY PACKAGE, Itechdeals.COM DID NOT CARE. I lost my money and never knew what the package look like even after sending 24 emails. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THEM, better off going to 5 and BELOW which is what I should have done from the beginning.

Had an issue with a purchase and they were quick to respond, and resolved my issue.

Honest error was quickly explained and corrected. Fantastic customer service.

I returned a Laptop & thought it would be more difficult but it was not. They were great to deal with & Any was a sweetheart. I would have givin' 5 stars if they had a phone.

My husband & I bought a tablet after waiting 2 weeks before they even shipped it they sent the wrong charging cord so we cannot charge the tablet, been emailing them for 3 weeks they never get back to us, I am contacting the credit card company in the morning to dispute this charge, I have a tablet that I cant even use without a charging cord. This is the worst in customer service.

The product received was in very poor condition. However the return process was easy, even though a bit protracted.
